Rice is good, so is sauce for things like sesame or orange chicken. Bites of meat are over cooked. Although they are decent sized, there’s not enough sauce to meat ratio for such dried out food

Man this place used too be soo awesome but gawd their food quality has just gone downhill. The only reddeming factor is their rice is perfect and that is something most chinese food places have a hard time getting right

Springfield, MO

My wife and I ate here tonight and we were impressed! I was hoping I would find a Springfield style cashew chicken place since moving to the area from springfield and I did. Egg drop soup is great and it’s only a $ 1.00 on Mondays. The meal comes with an entrée, two crab Rangoon, egg roll and fried rice. We will be going back to Bamboo.
