Today’s experience was a positive one. We ordered 3 items from the value menu and everything was correct, including extra ketchup. Service was friendly and prompt today. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for previous dine in experiences. It seems that when dining in, the cashier, more than once, has had difficulty taking and fulfilling orders. I don’t know if these cashiers were new and in training or just didn’t get it. Orders have been correct though not always prompt when dining in and the ordering process has been more complicated when dining in.

This used to be the best Wendy’s in the area. They have gone downhill in a big way. I wouldn’t feed their food to my dog! The service is horrible! This review is not based upon a one time visit. I live very close to the Wendy’s and I used to go often. After having 2 terrible experiences I called the store and told them I would web spending my hard earned money at a different burger joint. I would suggest you do the same.

This Wendy’s used to be super fast with decent food. The last two times I have been there the drive thru has been ridiculously slow. Most recently I sat in line for 15 mins for two Ceasar Salads that are already prepared and sitting in a fridge waiting to be handed out. Finally got frustrated and just left, won’t be going back again.

This Wendy’s is usually good at getting orders correct, but they can’t ever seem to get Junior Cheeseburger correct. 95% of the time, they hand out a Junior BACON Cheeseburger, which is not what I want. This happened yesterday, I went back and told them. They gave me a regular, but with stale buns. Probably won’t be going back any time soon.
