Love this park! It’s one of my favorite parks to take kiddos and dogs to. It’s rarely crowded, so that’s a plus. It has a unique layout with windy paths that intertwine and lead you to various places in the park. The first time I went was to meet a friend at the playground and it took me a little but of time to figure my way through(I was too proud to take any guidance from the maps they provide at the park) but once I found the little playground it was well worth it. They have a children’s playground for the little kiddos(under 3 or so) and a bigger one for the bigger kids. They have swings, a seesaw, and a sand area to dig. In addition to the playground they have tennis courts, a baseball field, and a large field for football, lacrosse, etc. There are covered eating areas and bathrooms with water fountains conveniently located in the middle of the park. All in all if you’re looking for a nice, clean, beautiful park with lots of shade and walking paths, this is the way to go!

This is one of favorite parks! Mostly because I went to school in Webster Groves and have so many memories from my college days — late night walks and picnics in the summer and playing in the snow in the winter. There are baseball fields, tennis courts, a playground, picnic tables and grills, plenty of paths for walking and running and plenty of shade.

My softball team has played here for years. The grounds are nice. There are playgrounds, walking trails, dog poo stations, bathrooms, and water fountains about. The trees here are mature, so even on a sunny day there is plenty of shade. As far as the softball field goes, it’s one of the better places to play in the area. The infield dirt is smooth & well maintained. The outfield grass is probably better than at your house. The only two drawbacks are that the left field wall is short and that there is a small drop off in left field for drainage. Plus the league allows you to bring your own beer… which is the real reason we play here.

Great park with wonderful walking paths, lovely play area for the kids, and a walking path thru a «Bird Sanctuary». There are tennis courts and baseball courts that are well-maintained. This park has something for everyone.

This nice little park is where I spent many a high school day hanging out during open campus, playing softball(or rather, sitting the bench… oh well) and hanging out behind the bathrooms smoking during my tennis class… I was a real achiever… I have fond memories of this park. The last time I was there, however, it was the not the same rugged little park I had grown to so know and love back in high school. The trails have all be updated and repaved, so the sidewalk is smoke and easy for walking, biking or pushing a baby stroller. The playground has had that awesome bouncy foam ground installed, so no worries about your kids getting rocks in their shoes or eating sand… Webster has taken care of this for you. Also, the fields and tennis courts are well maintained, there is a ton of parking, and the place is never packed. It more or less is the perfect small neighborhood park.
