Loved Climate Masters! The service guy was great, and I think the price I got was totally fair. I have been really happy with them — have used them for both new equipment installation and our service. They seem honest.

I have appointments set up with this company to come out and fix my AC unit. The first time they said they would be out they never showed up when I called back the woman who answer the phone you claim to be a secretary stated it was my fault that I wasn’t there when they showed up even though I know I was there the entire day, May 2nd appointment they said they would be there between 9 and 12 that morning. They called about 1 to 1:30 that afternoon just state that they were running late and they would be there within a half an hour to 45 minutes mind you I’ve already put together one day for them to show up and they never did this time they show up late. I explained I was not at the house any longer and they would have to call back. The woman got very upset and rude on the phone with me saying she doesn’t like to deal with rental properties because they are such a pain in the butt. The woman then advised that I was rude and condescending to her. I explained to her that I was frustrated with the level of professionalism that they showed towards me I had never use their service before and this was the treatment I was getting after the first time calling them. I asked to speak to her boss or the owner of the company and her exact statement was«the owner is unavailable and won’t want to talk to you anyway your complaints do not matter since you’re not a customer». Just be aware that these people of crooks they treat people I’m professionally they are horrible business to deal with. Be warned

My mother’s Climate Masters’ purchased(Carrier brand) heat pump has been broken for 6+ months. Climate Masters has given excuse after excuse for not servicing it. It’s under warranty, so they won’t make any extra money for the repair. First it was too hot to worry about it, then too cold, and now the part isn’t in. Calls are never returned, and she or I has to hound CM to get a response. The owner called at the beginning of Dec, after canceling the appointment to come fix the unit, and said, «If I don’t get back to you by the new year, then give me a call… but I haven’t forgotten about you.» AREYOUSERIOUS??? They’ll bend over backwards to get your biz, but then if you need servicing and it’s under warranty, don’t count on getting any level of acceptable service. Decide for yourself, this is the truth.
