Would give 0 stars if I could. As a firm believer in good customer service, I was baffled by how rude the boy behind the counter was. He did not greet me what so ever and starred at me like I was a foreign object. I asked him jokingly, «Do you guys not greet your customers?» His response, «HAHA, FUCK THE CUSTOMERS.» So I told him I was sorry I even walked in the door and cannot believe how I has treated. He tried to say he was joking but at that point I could care less.
Do your business elsewhere. Kulture is a few more minutes down the road but if you want awesome and knowledgeable service it is recommended.

Big place loaded with really nothing or any different from the rest. I was looking for juice for my smoker that has really kept me from smoking cigarettes, which they don’t sell cigarettes or cigars. Thought it was a smoke shop… WTF. Then I wanted to find cigarette case for my friend. None found except crappy aluminium ones behind the counter I had to ask for. Then this short guy comes out, s
hakes my hand and introduces himself saying his name is «The Mexican». And continues to tell me. «I can get you anything you want». Wow, that was scarey, we just wanted a cool cigarette case and some liquid juice for my vapor pipe. We didn’t want anything he was ‘pushing’. Don’t go there you might get arrested. !!!
Oh and not only that, after my friend made a purchase, this «The Mexican», as he calls himself was out in the parking lot trading something for cash. RUNN. FOREST RUNN from this place. They give other smoke shops a bad name.

It’s a big place! Didn’t get a chance to recall look, but they seem to have a big selection.
I was greeted and helped immediately. Very friendly.
The drawback… went in for hookah shisha, but the only have a few flavors of a single brand. So, won’t necessarily go back for that but I’d like to go back and look around.

The shop itself has a nice selection of glass and accessories, but the owner is a jackass. He seemed nice at first, but when I began to suggest he consider stocking a particular kratom product he rudely interrupted me with a bunch of know-it-all rhetoric. Not a very good first impression for me, so I won’t be going back there. I will say he was good about knocking down prices, but his attitude just didn’t go over well with me.

Had the pleasure of meeting the new owner. The guy was really friendly and willing to deal. I got a great price on my new set up. Located in a minimall on Galveston road. Its a pretty big store as far as smoke shops go. And is WELL stocked. Chock full of goodies.
