On Monday, I contacted Calvin to have 2 garage door openers installed; set appointment for the following Friday I told him that I would confirm with our construction manager on Wednesday that ½ HP openers would work. Sent an email on Wed night with an update requesting a ¾ HP opener for the larger door. The following Monday I called to see that my email was received and verify everything was set for the upcoming Friday install and Calvin said «This is just how my day is going; I’m on the way to pick up your openers now. I can’t have this kind of confusion. You are going to have to call someone else to install your openers.» …click! Yes the click is him hanging up in my ear. I’m sorry if you are having a bad day, but this is certainly not how you treat customers if you are planning on staying in business. Not sure what made him snap and flake out but I wouldn’t trust something as important as your garage doors to someone that is rude, unreliable and unpredictable. Buyers beware. Shop elsewhere.

I was having a problem with my garage door opening. Called this guy and he fixed it over the phone! How great is that. He asked me what the problem was and when I explained it he said it seems like it’s a problem with bla bla just do this and it worked! I am not too handy and I was able to do it so I am so grateful to this guy, Calvin. Can’t get better service than that! Thank you
