Worst experience ever. The dish was not good, simply said it wasn’t. Bartender was beyond rude, loudly announced it to the bar «well anyone else in here have the prime rib and didn’t like it?» She was beyond rude and embarrassing. Which is a shame because your staff is your image

We drove by this place earlier this week so my husband and I decided to go here for our date night! Food was good!!! Waitress (Andrea) was one of the best I have ever had ! We will be returning. Thank you !

All I can say is «WOW» as I just spent $ 16.95 on lobster scampi that had two tiny little claws and the rest of the lobster was imitation crab meat. Seriously? I went to the culinary institute of America and trust me it doesn’t take a chef to figure out that that was the worst meal I ever ate not to mention I paid for fake lobster. What a joke this place was. The dish should’ve been called lobster scam me. My other half ordered chicken broccoli Alfredo which was also $ 16.95. That was an even bigger joke. I certainly won’t be back for fake food which is obviously falsely advertised. Do yourself a favor, read reviews first, shame on me for not doing so.

No need to go back… Lasagna was not good, the meat was all ground fine and was mixed in with the ricotta, it smelled weird. Our meals were suppose to come with salads, we had to ask her if we were getting salads so she got them for us. The couple on the side of us also said after they ordered didn’t our meals come with salads, I said yes they do but you have to ask for them. I guess it was to much for her to leave the bar area to go get the salads so if she didn’t ask you if you wanted them she didn’t have to get get them. Don’t bother…

Ordered the seafood Alfredo and it tasted soo fishy and smelled fishy I couldn’t keep eating it. W got the chicken parm and it was terrible too. The sauce was so acidic. Haven’t decided if we want to go back to try the pizza yet, we’re in no rush.

I would not recommend this place at all to dine at. I have been there before and it was good food and good service. I decided to ask a friend to try it out and enjoy a good dinner and it was all the opposite. The waitress was covering too many tables and when I asked another waitress for something she refused and did not help out. Our food came out about an hour after our order was taken. The waitress never came by to check in and offer refills. The food came out and it was cold and my steak was on a cold plate. I was not impressed at all. The waitress was told about the cold food and did not offer to do anything about it. I then asked to speak with the manager and he was at the bar intoxicated and had nothing to say after I expressed my poor experience at his place. I do not feel that this place is professional and well run. I would not go there again.

Oh God… I went back the other day hoping something may have changed. But nope, the food actually got worse! This time there were two unhappy waitresses that never cracked a smile, not once. The beer’s were a very decent price, but the food is still just mediocre bar food :(Gave it a second chance, now I definitely would never go back. So if you’re sad, want a few beers, and not very hungry, you’ll probably love it here.
Why does Webster not have any decent restaurants? Although I did find a hidden gem close by! The Whistle Stop in Oxford is pretty awesome all around!

Gave Webster restaurant… another try…10 visits…2 good… I like to give a business a great try… finally done with Cappellini’s in Webster… Went for special lunch with my husband… We were told my server she would be right with us… we waited to place order… it was OK… then waited for our food… and waited… told server we were on lunch… and waited… and waited and told server we were on lunch… after 35 minutes I told server we would have to get it to go… she handed us styrofoam boxes… really… I can’t eat in cause I waited 35 minutes for a hamburger… so make ME box my food… REALLY…after another 5 minutes… slammed boxed didn’t matter… as we did not have any food to put in them…10 minutes later… Finally left with no lunch… Diet coke only… Will never go to there again. Ever

One of my favorite places to go and the restaurant has great deals offering a different special daily. The staff is always courteous and pleasant. I would recommend going and especially on Tuesdays!

Great Pizza, I had Steak Tips special, the rice was mushy and the steak wasn’t seasoned at all. My wife had a sirloin stesk, it was cooked to her satisfaction, but the steak had a char on it and again no seasoning. Our waitress was a little slow, but acceptable considering the amount of people there. The prices are a bit high for the style of restaurant. We spent $ 61 before the tip. I would still go back, but only for the pizza or to try a pasta dish.

For sure the best Pizza in Webster. We did take out, but the staff was very nice. It’s expensive pizza for sure. 18.99 for a large Hawaiian. But you get what you pay for here. I don’t mind paying good money for really great NY Style Italian pizza. Would like to dine in and see what else they have to offer!

The food was okay, somewhat bland and not cooked the way I asked. I got the top sirloin which was rare in some spots yet well done in others. So overall not an even cook. Mahed potatoes were phenomenal. Something about them was different and I loved it. Perhaps that they were less creamy? My friend got chicken scampi which I tried and was good but again bland. I would go back if the prices weren’t so high. But the high prices do not match the mediocre food.

Went with a couple of friends, we got pasta and meatballs, lasagna and a pizza to share to try out different items. None of us liked the food, we’re had better… will not be returning. The Owner has a real attitude problem, I think she hates everyone…

Stopped by for a quick lunch last week. I tried the chicken parmigiana. While it wasn’t anything to write home about, the serving size was huge.
