We had an excellent experience with Christian Flooring! All of the sales people were extremely helpful and friendly and the installer, Jason, was great and very professional. He arrived on time, completed the job early, and the floors look great! More impressive, when we did notice a few issues when putting our furniture back, Jason came back out and fixed everything without any questions. We are completely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Christian Flooring!

All’s well that ends well. But it was a long and hard ordeal. My advice is to treat Christian Flooring as any business, and if you have problems that snowball into something big, get a-​hold of the Chief Operating Officer. He made things right.
