D&D Appliance Service

I was impressed with D& D appliance and had left a good review. That was when I thought Dan had fixed my refrigerator. Last month I had called for a repair on another appliance. While Dan was here I pointed out there was ice building up in my freezer again. He was very nice to take a look at it while here. He said the evaporator fan was not working again. I have lost track how many times he has had to replace the fan motor. I believe three times previously and this would be the fourth time, might be more, and after the last time I thought it was fixed. But the motor stopped working again.
He was here the week of October 19, he had told me he would get another fan motor. I had not heard from him. I was getting frustrated having called three times in the last week and not hearing back. There is still one month left on the parts and labor warranty. I was on my way to go buy a used refrigerator this morning.
I’ve edited and removed part of this review because I gave it one last shot and went by the store and I was able to speak to Dan personally. He said he didn’t get my messages. He was very nice as he has always been. He agreed to come out this afternoon and he did so. He just left. He cleaned out the vents. He replaced the fan motor again and he told me he checked out everything and can’t find why the fan motor has been dying.
At this point if the evaporator motor dies again I think I’ll just have to get a used refrigerator. It would have been nice if Dan could have found out why the motor keeps burning out.
BUT I have to say, Dan has always been willing to come out and replace the fan motor. I keep expecting him to lose patience but he never has. He has been nice, and professional, even having to come back out several times for this problem. I would recommend Dan and D & D if you need an appliance repaired.

Still 5 STARS! just used this company again. D & D took care of my own personal refrigerator quickly and at a very good price. Once again I am very happy.
