Dollar Tree

This store does not break the mold. It is your common variety Dollar Tree that you have grown accustomed to, and gives you exactly what you expect. Friendly staff, check. Quick check outs, check. Some items priced a little higher than normal, check. Some items near the expiration date or past it, check. Some good deals throughout the store, check. You get what you pay for here!

Clean, friendly staff, fully stock. Get place for inexpensive holiday items and misc. Warning… you may go in for a few items and end up spending more. Tons of misc gadgets you didn’t think you need, but want. Have fun saving!

Ok, everyone knows I’m frugal. I LIKE a bargain; but it’s not a bargain if it’s stuff you’re not going to use. Buying stuff just because it’s cheap or only a dollar is kinda silly if you’re not going to use it.
Enter Dollar Tree. Of course, everything is a dollar, that’s a given. But most of the time it’s name brand stuff and it’s stuff that I will USE and NEED… or at least want really badly.
I needed some ribbon and saran wrap and foil cake pans to make some treats for some friends and came here and bought all my supplies for cheap… I love making treats for pals and if I can save money while doing it? Super score! I also like to come here to pick up items for my care packages that I sent to soldiers. They have hygiene items and candy that the guys like (and a tip — never ever send candy and hygiene items together or your gummy bears may wind up smelling like deodorant! No bueno!) and I can stock up because the prices are so great! They even have a small section of frozen foods although I haven’t tried any of it. I do like the 6-​pack packages of the 100-​calorie sweet and salty mix… a great snack for on the go and for a dollar? You just can’t beat it! And I’ve never seen expired food or other items like at other dollar stores!
I have to admit I like Dollar Tree the best out of all of the dollar stores; in my opinion these are the cleanest and have the friendliest staff with the best selection of stuff that isn’t junk or all off-​brand.
I was so excited to see this store open up… it’s right near me and while it’s a HUGE pain to turn left onto Highway 3 from here (seriously, depending on the time of day it’s easier to turn right and then either turn right on Bay Area to Texas down to Highway 3 or turn right on Highway 3 and then hook a u-​turn) it’s definitely easy to get in to!
