I came into this store about a year ago with my grandmother’s 90 year old Christmas Cactus which had outgrown its antique pot. I needed help or advice about how to save both the plant and the pot. The manager all but pushed me out the door, insisting that they didn’t do things like that there, warning me to get the plant away from her stock. Apparently, she was worried that my grandmother’s plant was infested with bugs or mites, which one quick glance would have proved was an unfounded fear. Shocked by her incredibly unprofessional attitude, I went home and then called a florist in Oxford who was happy to oblige my problem. My old plant is now flourishing, no thanks to the Flower Garden in Webster. I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
