I would just like to start off saying that I downloaded and created a Unilocal account just so I could review this office. I apologize in advance for this long review…
This is absolutely the worst OB/​GYN office I have EVER been to. Which is extremely upsetting due to all of the amazing reviews on the Internet.
The front desk staff is extremely rude, and they always gave me attitude every time I called to set up an appointment (when I could actually get ahold of someone). I would always wait in the lobby at least 45 minutes to an hour and the appointment would only be like 5 minutes. The day I was supposed to find out the sex of my baby, they called and told me my appointment was cancelled due to their machine being down and offered me an appointment a MONTH later. So, I had to go somewhere else to find out the sex so I could have my gender reveal party the next day (I already had family planning to drive down from all over Texas). Then towards the end of my pregnancy, I thought my amniotic fluid was leaking, however the doctor didn’t even sound worried at all. Well, I decided to call the office which of course I could only talk to his nurse, but she (thank god) urged me to go to the hospital immediately. I then found out at the hospital that my amniotic fluid had in fact, been leaking, so they started to induce me. After 16 hours of hard labor and my sons heart rate going up and down, the dr finally said I needed to have a csection (which at that point, I just wanted to make sure my son was safe). Before they started the surgery, I told them I could feel my toes. The anesthesiologist told me she couldn’t give me anything else. So unfortunately I FELT THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE. I felt Dr Klein cut me open, pull my son out of me, and staple my stomach back up. It was the worst pain I had ever been in. (I wouldn’t wish that pain upon my worst enemy). After I saw my son for the first time, I saw a huge cut on his forehead where the doctor cut him when trying to get him out. Also, not something you want to have happen to your child. The whole 4 days we were in the hospital, I continuously asked the nurses when I would be able to get my son circumcised. They then told me that my OB would have to do that procedure at a later date… So finally we went home and for about a week of nonstop calling OGA, I got ahold of the nurse to schedule the circumcision with Dr. Klein. The procedure wouldn’t be until a week later (my son was almost 3 weeks old at this point, which is ridiculous). They gave me the worst excuse that «it’s actually better for your child to be a couple of weeks old». I call BS.
About a month after the procedure I noticed he still had a bunch of foreskin and it didn’t look right… Still to this day, (and he is now 9 months old) it still looks awful!!! I took him to his pediatrician appointment and she has to refer us to a Urologist because he has too much foreskin and now has penile adhesions. My poor child will have to go through this pain ALL OVER AGAIN! I am beyond livid with this facility and their inability to do their jobs correctly. I WILL NEVER step foot in this office again and I hope after reading this long review, you will think twice before choosing Dr. Klein or any other doctor in that office.

Amazing doc! Puts you at ease and is very patient! Just a great doctor to put your trust in to deliver your babies! Very highly recommend him!
