I will say that the manager here, Doug, was extremely rude when I spoke to him on the phone. I called to find out if I could make an appointment for layer in the day to get a new tire put on, as I was now on the spare. He told me that they were extremely busy, and I should call back later to see if I could get in. I asked if I could reserve a spot at say 6pm, and pick it up the next day… And again he suggested I call back later. Or, I could drop off the tire do he would have it ready for me later??? Ummm? I need a new tire, put on the car…
I have used these guys in the past, and they are OK… Not the quickest. Always go over estimated times.
This was really the last straw for me. I don’t think I will be using them again.
