My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Kathy Hansen for over 20 years. When we have an appointment at 11:30 we arrive a few minutes before and by 11:30am we are in the back already being check. She does have a strick rule. If you no show or show up 15 minutes late she will NOT see you for 30 days. Her time is just as precious as ours. There are not too many doctors that will meet you at her office on a Sunday to help with a medical problem. We have had her personal cell phone and home phone number for years. We do not misuse it. Couldn’t find a more wonderful and caring Dr. Thanks for everything you do… BT

I was referred to Kathy Hansen, after my automobile accident. I need to primary care physician. I have had other PCP, but I was such a pain to get in when I am sick. They would accept«walk– ins» which always pushed my appointments back. When I called, they took me in so I could get release to go back to work. She took the time to go over all my medical back ground and auto injuries. The reason I like this office you make an appointment and you are seen at your appointment time. You are in and out, that is how a Dr’s appointment should be. If you complain because you are a new patient and cannot get in, that is what makes this Dr’s office so great. You are not going to wait an hour after your appointment time. I recently made an appointment after visiting the 24hr emergency clinic on Saturday, and was seen on Monday for follow up. I was seen before I could get comfortable and was out and headed back to work with great satisfaction.

I have been seeing Kathy Hansen for 7 years and so has the rest of my family. Some people complain about the referral and not accepting new patients is a good thing. This is a small practice not rediclinic or Kelsey Seabold. When you seat down with any of the staff they listen to you and form a relationship with you. They are a family doktor, I beat my life on that and so do several others. If you want a personal relationship with your doctor and not some doctor mill this is what your looking for. I give them five stars come in give them a try, there is a reason why there is a wait list on new people :)

I’m giving this place 2 stars… only because I hear the doctors are great — but I wouldn’t know. I did not end up going to my appointment. I’m writing this review based on my experience dealing with their staff, over the phone. Around the beginning of July, I was extrememly sick and I shouldn’t have even come to work. …by 8:30am, I was on the phone trying to find a doctor. A co-worker had referred me to Doctor Hansen. When I called, the girl was quick to say they wouldn’t take a first time patient for 3 weeks. I then said I was referre. They asked by whom and then put me on hold to verify the person. Then they got back on the line and said they could get me in at 2. I went ahead and booked the 2pm. Because I felt like I was nearing my death bed, I called around to more places, trying to find an earlier time. I reached another office that could get me in at 9:30, so I took that appointment. I called Dr Hansen’s office to cancel and the line was busy. I called several times and still… busy.(I can’t believe that after the fact, I looked at more reviews.(it was because I was sick and it was last minute. …I would have gone anywhere at that point) I’ve read more reviews at other sites with others that say they have had experienced their busy lines) …so I went to my 9:30am appointment(at the other place). When I got out, I called Dr. Hansen’s again and still… busy. So I gave up. I was sick and just wanted to get medicated and in bed. At 2:05pm, I received a call from Dr. Hansen’s wondering where I was. I explained to the person what happened… and how I tried calling to cancel. She said okay and bye. …real short. Not so unpleasant. Today, I called Dr. Hansen’s to get an appointment for my son… we’ll need to go in about 2 – 3 weeks(knowing what I’ve been told before). After me and the appointment setter talk for about 5 minutes, discussing what I needed… she asked my name and who I was referred by. She put me on hold. …for 3 minutes… to come back and say, rudely, we’ve marked your name in our system as denied. You were a no-show and now the doctor refuses to see you. My jaw dropped! I was like… excuse me?! …just like that.?! I explained what had happened that day… and she said. it was the doctor that noted your record… so it won’t be changed. I told her, so if anyone misses their appointment, this is how they are treated? …even though it was because your phone lines that I couldn’t get through. I’m just glad I didn’t go… especially if that is how they treat people. After reading reviews, it seems like either the doctor’s have no clue that their staff is treating patients terribly, or they have poor management. …and in my experiences, all fingers usually point to the management. Pretty sad. Pros: I’ve heard Dr. Hansen is a great Doctor Cons: The appointment setters are extrememly rude
