I’ve been a Kroger costumer for many years and I never had an issue, however, it’s been few days (I ship almost every day) since the store is a mess and has less variety. I would not mind as thy have always been nice people except for the lady called Alicia who didn’t want to spend time taking care of my coupons & refunds as the «costumer service line» would crowd… well I AM A COSTUMER!
She was extremely rude; I really think she needs a break from Kroger. She’s been there forever trying to boss everyone around. I don’t mind driving to HEB

Went here last night. We’re painting in store. The smell was so strong I have had a headache ever since. The guys painting had gas masks on. They should wait til store is closed before doing this.

I go here almost every other day. The staff is very friendly and they make sure you never have to wait in line. If you use the app for coupons you can get some good deals. HEB usually has much better sales on meat, but overall prices are comparable. Also the fuel points really add up. Wife and I have saved over $ 900 on gas this year so far.

This was my neighborhood store. After today, it is no longer my store. when asking about the large sign proclaiming 50% off of Valentines, I was rudely informed that it did not pertain to Candy nor flowers/plants, but only General Merchandise. It is not the discount that is prompting me to write this review, but the attitude of the assistant manager and manager, Lupe, that is prompting me to write this. Lack of communication skills and condescending conversation.
