We eat steak all the time and I actually like longhorn steakhouse. I go to the one in San Marcus alot. This location we tried twice first time in my birthday. I ordered medium rare my steak complete done and burnt not a great b day dinner for sure ! The second time we came the lamb chops had no seasoning and were cold. I think its this location and management more then anything but that was enough for me not to return

With historic low prices for energy Longhorn decided to increase their prices. It crossed the limit for me. The steak we had was GREAT the $ 25 prime rib was fatty and bland and quite expensive but YOLO. Without the horseradish it would have been almost tasteless. Disappointed. The new carrots were hard. Again disappointed. Try something else. Their signature salads are still very good and different. I am one that will not return food unless it is cold or the wrong order. If it just isn’t what I expected for the cost I chalk it up to experience.

So being from TX I grill my own steaks normally. Had a great steak today at Longhorn. We had a gift card and thought why not. Everything was great. Salads fresh and ice cold. The waitstaff was awesome as well. Chris was our server and he did a great job. Everything came out correctly on time and never went thirsty. Good job yall.

Been here a number of times and have been beyond VERY satisfied each time! The service is always been great, but the food, is amazing. This places filet bypasses even the most high dollar steaks from the top joints in Houston, no joke. So juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. Mashed potatoes are the bomb, as is the spinach artichoke dip appetizer! This is hands down my husband and i’s favorite steak joint, and you can’t argue with the great prices!

Tonight we had a great first time at Longhorn. We were recommended by a co worker and had to see what he was raving about. We had a waitress named Candace and she was one of the best servers we’ve ever had. She recommended the crab appetizer. It was really good with their dipping sauce. I ordered the filet and lobster for entrée and they cooked it perfectly and every bite melted in my mouth. I also had a side of the Mac and cheese (amazing!) Robert ordered the outlaw ribeye and he said he was very impressed. We really had a great time with candace’s help. This is definitely our go to steakhouse from now on!

My date and I went for the first time about a month ago. The restaurant was a Texas-​themed & had beautiful ambience. We started with the fried asparagus, and ordered steaks with wedge salad. Everything was perfectly cooked, our server was super-​attentive and the food was delicious. I can’t wait to go back!

I am not much for steakhouses. The Long Horn Steakhouse is actually the only one I have ever enjoyed. My husband and I and our 2 kids loved everything we were served. It was delicious! The place was very clean and the service was great too! We will be back!

We called ahead to see if they had prime rib since Texas Roadhouse was out we decided to give them a try. We get there 10 minutes later and they were out. So we ordered the rib eye, our waitress was very accommodating and sympathetic to fact that they did not give accurate information over the phone. We ordered the steak medium rare, it came out well done. We sent it back and it came back cooked correctly but the quality of the meat was so poor and tough. We took 2 bites and asked for the check. The manager felt so bad we didn’t pay for our meal only our drinks. We tipped our waitress well and left. We will not be back.

Great ambiance. Was seated quickly. The waitress was as friendly as can be. Our New York Strip was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful. The salad was cold and crisp. Excellent restaurant. Will be back.

Ya’ll, let me tell you about our experience as FIRST TIME GUESTS here last night.
We received a gift card for this place over Christmas and decided to finally give it a try. Since I am on a boring diet and don’t eat bread, we decided to just spilt the 18oz ribeye and I would eat the salad, some steak and asparagus. Our server Chis was great, and the steak was on point. We actually said during the middle of eating our first one «could you go ahead and cook us another one?» To which laughed and happily agreed. The 2nd steak around was just a little bit redder than we usually eat so we asked to throw it back on the grill for a few. The manager (who is amazing btw) brought the steak back out to us with a fresh side of asparagus AND offered us free desert! WHAT! I walked out of here feeling like a celebrity. Way to go Longhorn steakhouse and thank you Jay and Chris for you’re above and beyond service.

Great food with lots of variety of steak and chicken, not much seafood option, but this is a steakhouse so can’t complain. Food are reasonablely priced, service is quick, atmosphere is nice and the place is clean. We come here at least twice a month. Love the fried sweet chili calamari with the sauce on the side and the Napa grilled chicken my husband was always happy with his steaks.

Amazing food and impeccable service from Lisa at this location! Moved from another state last year. We were very spoiled to great service at our favorite LongHorn location in our home state. Sorry, Brittany and Jeff in MO… We miss you but have found our new LongHorn home in Houston. It’s a bit of a drive for us but is so with it. Thank you, Webster staff, for making us feel like part of the family!

This place let me and my wife down again. Once for Valentine’s and another for the mother and laws birthday. I wanted to give this place another try and and I was let down again. Steaks covered in butter or whatever they brush it with before they serve it to you and the temp was suppose to be med rare but I got well done.

Was here today and poor staff running around like crazy. I think they were short staffed but whoever makes the schedule needs to take this in consideration. Inadequate staff the service and food quality suffers… But our waiter did very well handling a busy lunch hour situation

A little over a month ago we had a bad experience here with the servers. That same night I wrote a review about the service. A week or two later I was contacted by Jonathan (Guest service) to extend his apologies on our experience. That shows me a lot about this establishment on what customers mean to them. So yes, I will return and hopefully have a better experience this time around.

Ok, I don’t usually get soup but I was feeling a little under the weather. OMG, the new chicken tortilla soup is the best I’ve had to date. And the price for the soup and salad for lunch is excellent, even if you’re on a budget. Ok back to the soup, it has so much flavor, zesty with just enough kick (spicy), it will make your heart sing. LoL Service here has been excellent, Lisa is the best.

Took over an hour to get a seat. no biggie, but the service was horrible. Our waitress was weird to say the least. Made the whole situation awkward. As far as the food goes, the ribeye was delicious, but the loaded baked potato is average. The cucumber lemonade is delicious!
I would definitely come back, but the prices r kinda high. Average service, above average steak, nice ambiance. Overall, dont expect 5 star service. It feels and is a chain restaurant

I give this a 4 stars because the food was good. I ordered the chicken strips with parmesan garlic fries. It was pretty good with the honey mustard! The atmosphere is casual so maybe good for a first date, maybe. Our server was on top of things. He knew the menu well. But the bread wasn’t all that good. It was kinda dry. But other than that, pretty good place. Recommended to try for newbies.
