Was promised a delivery between 12−3pm on Sunday and my mattress was never delivered. I called the nasa store at 4pm, the salesperson told me they would call back but never did. When I tried to call back the phone was off the hook until 6pm when the store closed. Called customer service 2 times that evening, and the first time I was told it was in route, the 2nd call I was told the warehouse did not know where my order was and that i would have to reschedule. That was at 8pm so my whole day was wasted. Went somewhere else for my mattress. Next day the salesperson did not take any ownership for not calling me back.

Best customer service ever! Chantal was absolutely great. Patient, knowledge, and got me a great deal on a quality mattress. Mattress and box arrived on the day she told me it would(less than a week later) and when I returned she herself helped me load it into my car. Overall I am very pleased with the whole experience.

This started off as a good experience. I spoke with Pam and she was very helpful. Came back with my husband and made the purchase with Scott. The buying process was easy but my husband and I knew what we wanted for the most part. We didn’t schedule delivery then and there because we had custom furniture on order. We were explained the EASY delivery process and off we went. Paid in full. There were delays in our furniture so ultimately we did not ask to have our mattress delivered for 2 months but gave them 8 days notice. We were given a 3 hour window and was told we would not be given a courtesy call… which I find ridiculous. Scott had told us back in the buying process if the delivery is even 1 minute late it is free. We waited the entire window and the guy comes flying down the road literally 2 minutes before the window is up. They burst in the house — no booties on, sweating profusely and deliver a stained mattress. I sign their delivery sheet marking it as stained, call the store and they do not even apologize… just say take a picture and that way they will know it was there previously in case I ever have a warranty claim in the future!!! This is a $ 4000 mattress and I would expect it to arrive clean and sanitary. Would never purchase there again.
