We weren’t looking forward to shopping for a new mattress since many places have annoying, pushy salespeople, but we knew right away that Logan at the Webster Mattress Firm wasn’t like that. He was genuinely friendly and guided us to each of the possible mattresses that were in our extra firm range. He let us take our time comparing the feel of our favorite choices, answering all questions expertly. The best salespeople are good educators and patient, which Logan certainly was. There were no surprise charges when we were at the ringing up stage of the purchase, either. The three hour delivery time windows were nice, and the delivery guys were excellent and quick. I highly recommend others to shop here before making up their minds.
