Worst maid service I have ever used! Prices are very high compared to other maid services, and they constantly try to gouge you with «extra fees» that they’ve dreamed up for some reason or another. On top of that, the quality of the cleaning is poor. Floors are not properly cleaned, dusting is spotty, and bathrooms are marginal, at best. On 3 different occasions, a maid stepped on my carpeting in the bathroom (after cleaning the shower) and bleached out the color of the carpet. Once, maybe I could understand… but 3 separate times! No. Do yourself a favor, and avoid Merry Maids. I wish I had.

I’ve used Merry Maids since 2006. I appreciate the consistency of cleaning and the reliably of the services. Also, the flexibility if I need to change the day. If something is not done right, then they come back and redo it.

Merry maids needs to rectify my house cleaning situation! It looks the same as it did 3 HOURS after… So I forget exactly how much they charged the credit card but $ 90 for 2 for an hour! so it ended up being $ 270+ tax. They will need to come back & actually clean! I guess I have to watch & delicate! You can not tell the difference & see mess ups… Not happening for $ 300 +
