*EDIT: New management has a napoleon complex. Yes, the place looks good, but you have no say in your own environment. Micromanaging, nitpicking, slipping threatening notices under your door(one threatening to have maintenence go in and throw away items on our private balconies if anything but lawn furniture was out there, THAT was fun), being extremely strict on disabled tenants housekeeping when they cannot physically keep up with the spotless-model-home level of cleanliness they expect, then offering«help» in order to seem nice on paper, but never following through. Not to seeing to maintenance issues for unreasonable amounts of time, then scrambling to get things done in time for state inspections(took me like 7 months and 4 requests just to get a new toilet paper holder installed after they replaced the bathroom vanities and forgot to replace the holders). In summary, the place looks nice, maintence guys are awesome, but management needs some lessons in how to treat other human beings. They have the interpersonal skills of Paris Hilton. Don’t come here. Move elsewhere. **NOTE: This place is now for project based rental assistance voucher holders only. JUST low-income families, no singles or couples without children. Yes they accept credit cards for rent, but only online.
