Not only was he available right away and quick, he is a genuinely good person! I am deathly afraid of bees nevermind the bald face hornets who made a nest in front of my door, he got rid of the nest in minutes and waved the charge because he was taking care of this house when the previous owners still lived here. I would highly recommend him and I wont bother calling anyone else in the future!

Unable to get a hold of my usual «bug dude» for a flea problem at my rental home, I was forced to break out the Yellow Pages, and start dialing. Lucky for me, RIP is the first firm I was able to get a hold of.
Mr Cowden (not sure which one I spoke to) was great. He was able to give me a dead on estimate, explain exactly what was involved, what they would do, and what we would need to do before they arrived. He was good enough to get us on the schedule for the next day.
The next day, they arrived on time, were polite, and did what they said they would.
Of course, it took a week, but best of all, the pests are gone, along with the knuckleheads that brought them (that’s a whole other story).
