My first experience on my own dental insurance (Xerox Metlife) turned out to be less than favorable.
My regular visit went very well, the hygienist was quick thorough and friendly.
Meeting with the Dentist went well, accompanied by a DA. He seemed to think I needed a filling — which the hygienist never mentioned. We seemed to jump the gun and just go for it, I was never able to see before and after.
