Serenity Salon and Day Salon

If i could rate this place zero stars I would. It takes me a lot to rate someone so low. I have yet to find anything good about this place. My boyfriend bought me a groupon for a facial, mani and pedi for my bday. It took me a month to get in after I received the groupon. They never answered the phones and they are so limited with their times, it was so hard to get an appointment. Finally making my appointment, and taking a day off from work because they had nothing available on weekends, they called me an hour before my appointment and told me that my nail tech fell and broke her arm, she wouldn’t be in. No problem, things happen, i canceled my appointment because I wasn’t going to drive out there for just a facial. I called the following week and it took me 2 months to schedule an appointment after several calls and them not picking up. I told them my groupon was going to be expired and they said they were extending the date. So, fast forward to my appointment, two months later and i called in the morning to see what time it was and the receptions said «i do have to tell you that you nail tech called in sick.» After waiting so long to get in, I am again, canceling my appointment because of this nail tech. The receptionist was so rude about the situation and didn’t even try to accommodate me. I am not even bothering with rescheduling because i don’t want to wait another 2 months to get in.
I really have never experienced service this bad at a salon before. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
