Nice beds and place but employees need to learn a little better customer service! I pay $ 175 for a three month membership– I certainly don’t mind waiting for my favorite bed due to other customers, but today they said another person was in front of me– no problem I will wait. Then I see an employee go in to tan– I said are you really making me wait so an employee can tan– she said yes she was already in the computer and waiting first! I explained that I PAY to tan– she gets paid to work and tans for free! If that was my business I would have a chat with the staff– no tanning in their number 1 bed –especially at 5pm and NEVER go in front of a customer! Then another employee comes out if their #2 bed?!? I would actually tell my staff no tanning during business hours!
Follow up– 3÷20÷2013− Owner called me and apologized– said he would be discussing with all employees! Very professional and hopefully the staff learns from this!
