The Marquis at Clear Lake

Marquis at Clear Lake has been a partner of CWS Corporate Housing for many years. We have housed countless guests at this community, all providing fantastic reviews of their stay. The units are very well maintained and the property staff has always provided great service. The property is conveniently located and our guests have thoroughly enjoyed their stay here. I would highly recommend this property.

Been here for a few months. The property seems OK as far as noise goes. It’s a pretty quiet area. The buildings are not sound proof but we don’t hear too much noise from floors above us and outside noise etc. The office staff is nice with the exception of the manager. She has a real attitude problem. I have yet to catch her on a good day. She gets irritated if she has to get up from her desk to answer a question or retrieve a package. She’s quick to jump to conclusions about what you might be there to ask as well. I think it’s pretty dumb that we have to pay for trash pick up even if we don’t use the service even though it’s a small fee. I do like the dog park and the dog clean up stations. Most people clean up after their pets. It’s a great location and close to NASA bypass and the Medical Center.
