Today’s Vision

I highly don’t recommend this place. Upon arrival to the place, the receptionists are cold and non welcoming. First off, they were on their phones and talking amongst themselves and they didn’t even greet us when we entered — there were no other customers around for them to be THAT busy!!! Considering it was our first time there, we just wanted to feel welcome… that’s not what you get here. We came using a $ 55 groupon (which includes the frames/​lens credit of $ 200 and basic eye exam) since my husband didn’t have vision insurance at the time, and we still ended up paying about $ 250 more for everything. What a ripoff! We had not received any call for glass pickup after 2 weeks, so I called them and they said his glasses had to be remade due to some error… they could have at least communicated this to us since we were expecting it to be ready by then. So we waited another 2 weeks before we received a call for pickup. Upon arrival, we get the same, dry staff that are not welcoming. We received the glasses in another case from a different company and we were so glad to just get out from there. Expensive glasses and awful staff. Two thumbs down
