After assuring me that they could get a stain out of a favorite black cotton dress, I had it returned grey, stripped, and sad. The stains had also traveled from the top right shoulder to the bottom left of the dress. It’s now unwearable. I gave them a cashmere sweater to dry clean and it was fine. By the grace of God, methinks. Avoid at all costs.
