If I could give a negative review I would. The manager is a complete imbecile who can’t take an order and gave us cold food after completely ruining our experience of One of our favorite places. We will never go back again until we hear that there has been a change in management. We pulled up to the drive-through and immediately he starts making smart comments about us wanting light pickles light this light that. He then proceeds to tell us that he can’t hear us and would we mind repeating our order which he then repeated back to us completely incorrectly. If someone is going to be a manager they need to be able to do every single job in a restaurant competently and confidently and this man seemed to not be able to do his job in either way

It’s whataburger. The food is always fresh but, the customer service and staff is lacking. The staff needs some serious training. The wait at this location drive thru takes forever.

I am visiting Houston and staying with some friends who recently visited me in Los Angeles. They insisted that we eat here because they wanted me to compare it to In n Out in California. Not even close! In n Out beats these guys by a long shot. I couldn’t find anything special about a Whatsburger.

I came here real late one night it was kind of packed. But I didn’t mind waiting a few for my food but it became an hour and half later still no food and then some of my friends got there food and it was cold. We complained to the manger and he apologized and gave is our food and our money back. That’s good customer service.

Update! This location has their act together now. I left a few unpleasant experiences from here in my last review, but the new management, and new crew are aces. Friendly faces, prompt service and no more«drive-thru purgatory». Food’s typical Whataburger goodness. Glad to see this location doing better!

I saw these all over Houston and was wondering if they were any good. It is a chain fast food restaurant. My buddies and I out late one night and this particular location was open late so we figured we would stop by and try it out. Being from HI we had never come across a Whataburger before. Went through the drivethru, and like any dirvethru at 12am it took awhile. Got our food and proceeded to GORGE! We were all pleasantly surprised by how tasty and fatty the food was.

If this was my first whataburger experience I would have never returned. The food was disgusting. My chophouse or whatever burger sauce tasted sour. One of the workers getting off the clock had her mom and crying baby waiting for her by the cashier. There were ants all over the floor and walls where we were seated. Ugh. I didnt want to touch anything in the bathroom. they had a dead bug chilling on the floor for me to look at while I used the bathroom.

Great food, but if «Joe» is working the drive through, you might as well go inside and make tour purchase. You will have to repeat your order several times to him, and if there are people ahead of you in line, it’ll take him 15 mins to take your order.

Yes, I know you go to Whatabuger for good burgers. Well, I go for salads. Usually they are really good. Actually, mine was. It had fresh, crispy lettuce, and plenty of grilled chicken. Sadly my husband’s wasn’t. It was full of wilted, brown lettuce, and meager strips of skimpy chicken. How am I supposed to convince him it’s good to eat healthy when Whataburger serves crappy salads like that?

You can’t make a trip to Texas without stopping by a Whataburger! It’s a dream team of hamburger creation: the perfectly toasted bun, perfect squares of onion so there’s one in every bite, tasty meaty patty, and you call it on the condiments. It’s complete with a mega-size strawberry shake and onion rings. It’s perfection on a bun.
