McDonald’s

I did not appreciate the fact that I was lied to. I understand the employees need to upsell. But to tell me I have to at least go medium to get a combo is ridiculous. If that is the case, then why is there a small menu price for the combos on the drive thru menu board. I hate liars. I stopped here to get something quick to eat. Yes it was only a dollar more to upgrade, but if it’s the practice for employees to lie just to make an extra dollar on the order, then that explains why McDonald’s sales are slumping. A lack of honesty and integrity.

Terrible! We stopped for lunch on 1÷21÷16 at a little after 11:00 a.m. We both ordered the #2 which was two small cheeseburgers and fries. All four of the burgers were cold with a cold unmelted piece of cheese. The meat looked like a cold piece of ground jerky meat. I think these were left over from the day before and they may have been micro waved. Whatever they did they were not freshly made and COLD. We travel frequently between Grants Pass and Redding and stop here frequently but sorry, not any more.
I think we will spend a little more time for a quality meal at the Hi-​Lo restaurant in downtown Weed.

This is the nicest McDonald’s I have ever been in. It was clean, friendly and totally clean.

I think for fast food the place rocks. Service was good and food was hot.

Extremely slow service. Took 15mim for one item! I stood and watched them continue to call my order and the guy did not make it. I’ve worked fast food before and this slow service would have not been accepted from my crew.

Worst service ever. Sat in the drive thru from 20 minutes before we even got to order (couldn’t back out because there were cars behind us and 5 cars in front of us) we finally get up to order and after we order the lady asks us if the order is to go (mind you we are in the drive thru). We finally get up to the window to order and the lady sat at the window with the window closed for about a minute and then opens it to take our money and you would think at that time she would apologize for the long wait… ummm nope nothing. So we pull up to the next window to get our food and that kid there didn’t say a single word not even hi, good morning or yet even an apology for the long wait. The employees at this location are rude and clearly don’t care about there jobs or the reputation they build for there place of employment.

This is the WORST mcdonalds I have ever been to. The service, food, attitude. Everything was offal! There were 3 people ahead of me in line and it took 30 minutes! Even though all there of the peoples order was like 1 hamburger and I just had 2 coffees. 1 coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar. It tastes sour and I wouldn’t be surprised if the cream was passed the date. And then the other one was so simple! It was coffee with extra milk. And guess what? They have us a black coffee! Just a regular black. Complete waste of my time and I should’ve thrown the coffees at the window

Has anyone noticed the stray cats they are feeding? Saw some stray cats (especially at night) in the parking lot. Thought strange… but then went through drive-​thru and found that they have a house for the cats, a large bucket of cat food, and pan of water. By feeding the strays, I feel like they are multliplying from the last few times I have been there. Gross…

Standard food but the staff rocks. Clean dining areas and restrooms. Truck and RV parking. Smoke free and a kiddie playground. The apple pies really rock.

Just stopped for a coffee and a lunch time burger. I’m five-​starring it for the friendly fast service. You know the food isn’t getting the stars, right?
I wonder, is there anyone reading McDonal’ds reviews looking for something like, «Wow, the Quarter Pounders are FANTASTIC here!!» or «No other McDonald’s comes close to THESE apple pies!»

Shake machine was broken so we decided to order a couple burgers and get a cup of water and they tried charging $ 1.00 for tap water. We decided to skip the entire purchase all together. This was the second time I visited this establishment and was disappointed with the service. Will not be returning ever again.

Ordered a mcchicken to go with my value meal and got a $ 4 chicken sandwich insted. Fries were half warm and limp. And i got literally 1lettuce leaf on my burger. Very poor

It’s McDonald’s, so they lose one star for being fast food, BUT
The staff is always friendly, funny, and courteous. It’s probably the cleanest & most freshly updated interior I’ve ever seen. And of course, they have a Play Place, which makes my kids happy.
Keep up the great work, staff. We appreciate your awesomeness!

We usually stop here on our way to and from Oregon and enjoy it. Stopped in this time around 8 p.m. and the place was filthy. Tables dirty, garbages overflowing and the staff not caring at all. They didn’t bother to clean it during downtime. It grossed me out and couldn’t finish my food. One star for having Diet Dr. Pepper.

We eat here probably between 1 and 3 times per week. The workers are really cool people, friendly, funny, nice, etc.
All the food tastes pretty good.
I gave this place 4 out of 5 because I only have one complaint– The fries never seem to be very fresh… I mean kinda tough and not very hot. Not sure if that means they are stale, or they were cooked too long? I dunno. But they just didn’t have that «fresh and soft-​yet-​crispy» taste.
But but the hash browns are always good and fresh.

This is usually our last pee stop on our way into Oregon and I choose this one over Yreka’s simply because it is in «Weed» and I like to say I peed in weed.
They have remodeled the inside of this location since our last trip up to Oregon-​all except for the bathroom which seriously needs some help. Lucky for us, it was clean this time and since it is on our radar, we will be back.
Oh, and to manage the «guilt» of using the bathroom, we usually get 1 $ 1.00 ice cream cone and share it. Even the dogs had some this time!

I have stopped at this Mc Donld’s several times on the way to and from Oregon.
Best thing is it is right off 5.
Restrooms are usually clean and it is a well maintained MCD’s.
Do I really need to say anything about the food?

Ok yea, it’s a McDonald’s. Everyone knows what the menu is here, but this one is in Weed, CA. Yes, really, there’s a place called Weed, CA and I’ve been there!
Anyway, we stopped by here after swimming in Lake Shasta for some lunch. I think I had a cheeseburger and it was mostly unmemorable. The french fries are my favorite at McDonald’s, so I made sure to order a medium and wolfed mine down.
Weed is this really sleepy town, and there’s not much here except for the 5 and Lake Shasta nearby.
