I had a complex order, that I did through the drive through. Everything was awesome. Drew the guy that took my order was very intelligent and had very good customer service. Even knew our order when we went to the window to pay. If you are travelling near weedsport stop by the arbys you will not be disappointed

Service was good. Only reason not a one. I understand, it’s a fast food place with meat most likely from a caulk gun. But… place was filthy, sticky floors like a movie theatre, DO NOT SIT IN THE BOOTHS… the «leather» is flaking off and sticks to/​stains ur pants. Booth seats are black from dirt… not the normal color of the pleather. Cup Covers do not fit to the point that I and another patron spilled soda. When picked up. A employee who was on break standing next to me when spilled my soda said to me… «oh, did u get one of the bad covers?». Food was what u would expect from Arby’s.
