Monetti’s Pizza

Pizza was delivered cold and 35 minutes later than the estimate. It is terrible. You’d be better to buy frozen pizza. Cheaper and better.

The pizza is good– average, nothing special! However– order the penne ala vodka with chicken! The best penne vodka I’ve ever tried!

Good pizza, quick service and delivery. Try the chicken tortellini with Alfredo sauce or any of thier subs !

This place is so dirty it goes beyond disgusting. Any health inspector with half a brain would have shut this place down a long time ago.
Whenever I use to go in, I would see a dirty floor and walls. That is just a turn off walking in. But I was new to the neighborhood, so decided to give them a couple tries.
I started to notice flies buzzing about. Okay, that’s gross. It’s even worse that they leave the cheese bin opened and uncovered during the entire time they are open. How lazy are you?
I also have seen one of the guys taking out the garbage with no gloves and then jumping back to making pizza with no gloves! What?
One time I went a couple days in a row and noticed the beef patties sit out all day and night and then are sold the next day. That is a health code violation. Cooked food should not be sitting out at room temperature for 12 hours and then attempted to be sold the next day.
They have handled my cooked pizza with their bare hands as well. Buy some disposable gloves!
The last time I was in there I ordered a pie and watched as they made my food without gloves and then put it the oven. The workers were so busy with watching a Youtube video that they burnt my pizza. The guy at the register tries to hide it. I told him my pizza is burnt and he denies it. I open the box and lift up the pizza exposing black burnt crust. He tells me he’ll make it up to me next time. Uhh, no you won’t because I’m not coming back.
At night I see a cat sleeping in the window. Do you guys have any idea how to run a place that sells food for human consumption?
I would not recommend this place for the health code violations mentioned above.

Monetti’s makes awesome pizza

Let me start by saying that I’ve tried this place about five times before reviewing it. The best thing is that the delivery is always fast and their desserts are really good compared to other places (order the tiramisu or the carrot cake) but that’s about it. The first time I ordered a pizza it was okay, not the best. 2^nd time around it was just bread and sauce. SO DISAPPOINTING.
3^rd and 4^th time, I ordered salads and they were actually decent!
I just ordered the 5^th time… I ordered a wrap with chicken, mozzarella, and red peppers. NEVER AGAIN. So greasy and soggy. The tortilla was dripping in grease.
I won’t be ordering from here again unless I’m having a sweet tooth.

Make sure you ask them to make a fresh pizza otherwise it’s not so good. Their beef patties are good and chicken roll if they make it the same day. Local wise it’s fine. Not so good on customer service. It’s more of a take it or leave it type joint.

I usually go here when I’m passing by, but pretty good pizza-​love their chocolate covered cannolis!

Best margarita pizza, even compared to New York City. I’ve really only had pizza from here. Delivery is quick.

This place used to be good… Now it’s a complete waste!!!
I ordered a white pizza two weeks ago & not only they took over an hour to deliver but when we sat to eat the pizza was not white but a regular mozzarella! I called back & the guy told me it was too late to make a new one, sorry & next time they’ll do it well.
Well…today we ordered a large white with tomatoes, spinash & ham & what we got it needs to be thrown into the garbage: basically the dough is not fully cooked and the pizza looks like an empty pie! The topings are barely there & when I called to asked them how do they send something like this?! They hung up on me twice!
Shameless rude people with an horrendous service. I wouldn’t revommend this place not even to my worse enemy!

This place is ok, their pasta prices are higher than other places. I ordered their 3 sandwich special a meatball, sausage and steak sandwiches. The meat and sausage was a mess, burnt bread and meat, the steak was better. It’s a big hit or miss with this place, I order my pizza elsewhere.

I paid 7.50 for 2 slices and a Coke. I was told they had to heat up the slices, so I sat down and waited a little bit longer than expected. I finally received my pizza after almost 15 minutes, the crust was black and burned. As I took a bite, I noticed the crust was not only burned, but it has turned hard as well. If it wasn’t for the fact that I was so hungry as well as in a hurry, I would have complained. I definitely felt that the experience was so bad I now shutter to think about going back ever again. I might try to go back but if it happens again, I’m definitely going to speak up.

Randomly came in here as we were staying nearby. Got a calzone which tasted great and was HUGE. The antipasto was also great. My hubby enjoyed the chicken parm hero and fries. can’t get this kind of thing back home in Seattle!

Hi my name is John and I am an Italian guy. I’ve been eating in many pizza restaraunts for 10 years and I never seen a better restaurant than Monettis pizza. The survise is good over there and the food is good. They have seep rate workers there is a worker for a cashier, pizza maker, a cooker, and a dilivery guy. Nothing could go wrong in that restaurant. Monettis has been alway my favorite place. Each time I order for a dilivery it comes early and the pizza is hot.

Decent slices and nice staff. A little dirty but that doesn’t bother me. Buffalo chicken pizza had franks red hot on it so for me a win but idk how other ppl feel about that.

Best place to order food in the area. I’m not the kind of person to order food all the time, but I make it a point to different places around once in awhile. I tend to always come back to Monettis eventually, they never let me down. Best garlic bread and cannoli! Pastas are very good, pizza pies are not special, but not bad also. Prices are around average, sometimes it takes a while to get delivery, and the place itself is not pretty to stay and eat in. But if you are lazy to cook and not in a hurry, then this is a good place to order.

This should be an interesting review. So coming from the U, I had some great pizza places in the area (Glendales, Larchmont, Joeys, etc). My first thought was– I need to find a tough place to order some legit Italiano from. Luckily enough, the day I move in, I have a Monetti’s menu in the door of my apartment. What the heck, I’ll holla.
Been ordering from this place every weekend. Of course, being a food-​fanatic, I have tried something different every time. Here are my recommendations:
Entrée– Stuffed Shells. Holy moly, they lace the sauce with some legit mozzerella cheese. I am pretty sure I can eat the sauce alone, it’s actually really delicious
Sangwich– BIG FAN of the Turkey and Cheese sub they make. They make it with everything– salt pepper oil vinegar etc. WORTH A SHOT
Appetizer– Their garlic knots make this world a better place. A must buy.
There really is only one thing I see wrong with this place. Because I’m a weirdo and don’t carry cash, I pay with my card alot. Most places will remember your contact information when your number appears. It seems a little tedious to recite my contact info and credit card info once a week. I know I’m being really dumb by saying this, but it’s just seems like something that can be adjusted.
LBD Scale– 7 banger. It’s a really good place with friendly delivery men and workers. Will continue to be my go-​to jam.

I’m not sure what turned me off
more, the light switch caked in dirt, the bacteria farm growing on the cash register, or the obviously dirty hands touching my slice of pizza. This place should be public enemy #1 on the Health Department’s hit list.

After moving to this city, I stumbled upon this little pizza place. Based on the location and store front, I didn’t have great expectations BUT in this case, I do love to be wrong! Great pizza and great tortellini alfredo!!!
Monetti’s is SO my Go To local pizza place:)

Pizza is good and the prices are far more than reasonable. Staff is nice. Been here a couple times so far.
Props for being only a few blocks from where I live as well!
