Supercuts

This place really needs a manager it’s like cx service does not exist … Horrible service. Some of the girls rather work on their hair than take a cx… So u sit there watching them take there sweet time and it just pisses me off cuz I’m a Paying Cx! Never coming here again… Supercuts is supposed to be a professional chain this one is a complete disappointment

I went to this store at 10am this morning when they were supposed to open. No one was there by 10:15. It snowed in the area yesterday but it was not a bad snowfall and the roads are fine so there is no reason the store should not have been open. There was no sign on the door with a reason. Waste of time, very annoying.

I have to write about this place because I really feel sorry for them.
It was Sunday afternoon (4:40) when I went to the place and they were supposed to close in 20 minutes, so I asked them if they have enough time for all the people in line and their answer was «yes, absolutely». I waited there for 10 more minutes and then all of the sudden a new guy came out of the back room (he probably was in restroom) asked my name and started working (notice that there was 10 min left to close).
He did the job in less than 4 minutes and claimed that every thing is all right and he is finished (afterward, he asked another guy to sit for haircut almost 4 minutes left to close, that is how much rude this guy was). I didn’t believe what he said but I tried to give him a shot and left for home (in the place I couldn’t see exactly what is going on), It was when I went home and took a shower that I realized how sloppy the guy did his job, he didn’t do anything correctly, he left me with a very bad, shameful hair. I am sorry for him and also myself that I trusted him and paid him the day (Usually I don’t care too much about the haircut itself as much as I care about my time). He did an awful job and I have to come back and want them to make it right.
I will update about the name of this guy in few days (he was 35 – 40, 6 foots something tall, with beard, fairly fat, with a short and hat and claimed that he works there 7 days a week)
Update: Laura called me for the issue and it turned out that on sundays, the guys are not from this store originally, she offered me to fix it and I am ok with their behavior and I appreciate it. So I updated the rating.

Five stars?! TEN if I could! Roxana did an amazing job! I walked in during a snowstorm, and she made an exception to see me. I showed her an example of what I wanted and she got right to work, the conversation flowed smoothly, and nothing felt out of place. They’re definitely going to see me a lot more over there!
