Where are they at… Manager had to call for Earl. Guess he is on a smoke break. 5 min and waiting. Hmmm there are two people waiting for that precious cup of mocha. Terrible service!!! Wow manager told Earl to give us our coffee for free.

Weirton, WV
Good coffee. Biggest problem is it seems as if the employees are just Kroger’s employees they throw behind the counter. A good part of the time it looks like its a struggle for them to make anything. I dont typically order anytbing fancy but, I waited a long period of time for a black coffee.
