David and Jonathan B. did a great job hustling the furniture into my mom’s new home. They were early, showed initiative and got the job done in under 2 hours. Many thanks again!

This company is terrible! Do not use we hired them to load our abf moving truck and we had furniture destroyed, our one month old bedroom set destroyed, mirrors broken, boxes marked fragile crushed and an actual corner chunk of our entertainment center broke off! The movers we hired to unload the truck could not believe how it was packed — and I quote«worse job we have ever seen.» Heartbroken over the items they damaged!

Also known as «Helps you Move» …Josh T. and Nico R. were the best! On time, extremely careful with all the furniture moved and surrounding furnishings. They were efficient, well mannered and very nice young men. I highly recommend the company and these two gentlemen anytime!

I made the unfortunate mistake of hiring this company to load my rented moving truck. I hired them through Movinghelp dot com. The two helpers showed up the day of the move and everything seemed fine until I caught them loading my antique wicker furniture set in the truck without using any of the 5 dozen furniture pads provided. I am talking painted wicker table, upside down on a bare moving truck floor with stuff piled on top of it. They went an hour over the 4 hours they said they could do the work in and in the end, they were just tossing items in the truck. The rental truck was then driven down the Interstate in rush house traffic at no more than 30mph. Those of you that have been on I-25 between Denver and the Springs know what I am talking about. No sharp turns, no reckless driving. Upon unloading it, it was discovered that things had shifted terribly and I mean TERRIBLY due to the bad job the loaders had done. A granite pub table was busted and every piece of wood furniture I owned, wicker set included, had paint damage. The movers I hired to unload it could not believe we had actually paid a COMPANY to load it. It was a mess. Upon notifying the company, I was told to file a claim as they are Bonded and Insured. I did and even provided pictures of what the truck looked like when we opened the back. To my surprise my claim was denied because, and I quote, I «did not properly supervise the helpers». I did not realize that I needed to explain to PROFESSIONALS how to properly load a moving truck to keep items from shifting so badly, things get destroyed. When I voiced my disapproval to the owner, Frank, I was then told the table broke because«It was obvious the truck was driven recklessly.» Claim still denied. So, I am here to warn anyone that is even thinking of using this company to be very aware of their practices. You may hire them and they may do great work, but if they damage anything, and if it is a long distance move, they most likely will, they will point a finger at you and deny your claim. I discovered quite a few others that have had the misfortune of hiring this company and having their belongings destroyed as well then being told it was the customers fault. Shame I didn’t research better before I hired them. You can see some of those complaints at hireahelper dot com
