WORSTSERVICE! Don’t waste your time or money here. Clearly there is a reason this place is empty at 7pm on Saturday night. After the hostess sat us we waited 10 minutes for a waitress to show up and get us drinks. Girlfriend didn’t even bother to listen to our order so obviously it was wrong. Gave us cold rolls. Didn’t refill our drinks. Didn’t check in and we had to repeatedly ask the bus boy for things we needed. Pathetic and embarrassing for Bertuccis! The moral of the story is… You get the tip you work for, SORRYGIRLFRIEND!

This is really a 3.5, but since MOSTLY everything was good, I’ll bump it up to a 4. So, came into this location today, as I have wanted to in the past, but just never got around to it. I’ve been to many Bertuccis recently, and this location is average size, yet tonight(Halloween) it was not crowded at all and barely half full. Our waitress, Paige was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgable about the menu and got my party tons of rolls(which are amazing by the way). I was rather disappointed that since there weren’t many people in the restaurant, the service was so slow and it took Paige a long time to get our bill and finish the transaction. I was also not too impressed with the restaurant. It was modern and clean, yet not cozy like the nearby Holliston Bertuccis, which I prefer. For the food, I ordered cheese pizza, and it was incredible. I love Bertuccis pizza and today, it was better than normal. Overall, I guess I would return, but prefer most of the other Bertuccis and their vibe and coziness, as I said this location was«cold». Located on Route 16 /Washington Street in Wellesley. 4 stars.

I have had the same waiter twice for lunch and he is great. He was so accommodating to the two autistic children that I babysit. Both times he brought them extra rolls when asked. He was so patient when they spilled drinks.

Overhyped mediocrity at best. Tomatoes were the only thing above it. Wrong order — missed ingredients. I was so pumped and I left feeling deflated.

This has to be one of the WORST Bertucci’s I have ever walked into. The place was very quiet with the exception of a party of 12 people. I am a restaurant consultant and came in for a quick lunch. I ordered the buffalo wings well done. Not only did they take 20 minutes or longer they were not even close to being well done. My server Savannah was GREAT!!! More than I can say for the overpaid managers which one kept staring at me and never came over to apologize and an African American manager who took the wings off the bill but never even bothered to apologize. The only person who KEPT apologizing was Savannah. They gave me a check with the soda on it for $ 2.88 and I tipped my server $ 10.00. She even asked me if I wanted anything to go? If there ever is a managers training program have Savannah teach it and have your managers attend it.

I went at 7:10 on Monday February 24th, 2015. Much went wrong during this meal: They never bused a table next to us in the 70 minutes we were in the restaurant. They never refilled our water. We ordered a salad with no pepperoni and dressing on the side. When we sent back the dressed salad, the new one arrived with pepperoni. The pizza wasn’t hot. The waiter came to our table only five times in 70 minutes! Not quite sure what was going on. They were good about replacing the salad and the food was actually good, so they get one star. The service was unreal.

Last time I went to a Bertucci’s(boston) I was not impressed(food, ambiance, etc) but we went to the one in Wellesley and happy that we took a gamble. Great atmosphere, great light, tall ceilings. My lunch was ok(mostly because my Minestrone soup) but my rosemary sandwich was terrific! Everyone had a great meal even the kids. Worth coming with the kids!

Highly mediocre, overpriced Italian food. Their pizza is the best thing on their menu, but it is still just so-so.

I like pizza and pasta. With that being said, I go to many different places that have pizza and pasta. Bertuccis, a restaurant that prides itself on brick oven traditional italian meals, does not live up to the hype. The service is always slow and take out always takes longer than expected. The food is a good price but the price doesn’t matter if you don’t get your food for 45 minutes. Although Bertuccis has good food, there are many better restaurants in the area.

All of the food I’ve had at this Bertucci’s is at least good, but the classic cheese pizza is SUPERB. I’m not a pizza eater, but I’ll make an exception for this only. The tomato sauce is so fresh, the crust is always thin and just doughy enough, and the ratio of cheese complements the tomato sauce perfectly. Damn good pizza. As close to any true Italian pizza as I’ve had since being in Italy.

Got lunch today at Bertucci’s and had a wonderful meal out on the deck. My companion had the Eggplant and I had the Chopped Chicken Salad. Both were wonderful. Service was excellent. The manager stopped by to make sure our experience was pleasurable. We were very happy with all aspects of the service and will most definitely coming back.

I have come here a few times thinking that it might be an easy way to grab a decent dinner. I am always disappointed though… and wonder why I continue to return. They are never very busy, you can always get a table. The problem is that despite being being overstaffed and not crowded, the service is always slow and unattentive. The food is okay. It can tend to be kind of greasy. Its okay priced I guess but they never seem to have the perfect dish for me. Good for people that like pizza though, pretty reasonably priced as well. All in all, I would say skip it. It dosent have a great vibe to make a nice dinner out, you are better off spending your money somewhere else.

We took our grandaughter today for lunch. Good place to take kids; they give them some dough to play with, crayons etc, and have a kids menu. Lots of toddlers there — looks liike a meeting place for moms. Lunch menu is reasonably priced. We had cup of soup and split a small lunch size pizza was filling enough with hot rolls and dipping oil. Service was slow despite not being crowded; our pizza arrived cold(?) how can that happen? Answer: they plated it on cold plate and let it sit for 10 minutes, sausage soup was hot and good. I would go again with small kids but not if I wanted a business or ROMEO lunch. Meh.

We were greeted realatively quickly by the host staff. Some confusion on ‘where’ to put us, the Mgr. and hostess had to figure it out. It was only 5pm, so it was obvious they were trying to be fair to the servers and not overwhelm them. It was not a celebratory dinner for us having just lost a loved one, but the server was quick to react with care and kindness. I wish I knew her name, she was really good. Her suggestions for the wine menu and new food menu were spot on. We joked with her that she skated out of having to open the bottle with a corkscrew, it was a twist-off. Food was perfect, Would def. go back.

Nice Bertucci’s location(although I wish they hadn’t converted it from the old Wellesley Playhouse our only theater). Parking is tough and many times a wait, but worth checking out.

I’ll be real simple about it. I used to frequent this place a lot because most of the foreign population at Babson loves this place. Also, a few of my friends work there. Generally, the service is good. The price of the food is okay. I love the bread but the my love for the food stops there. Sometimes, it seems like certain items were sloppily-made or under-cooked. As a result, while the food tastes good, the after-effects are… well, devastating. I find that these after-effects are common with the other people I have talked to. Having visited other Bertucci locations, I would say that this certain establishment is probably the worse. However, because it is situated near Babson and Wellesley College, it continues to have a good source of revenue so I don’t see the economy putting this place outta business.
