Hercules Dry Cleaners

Wow 2.85 to have a shirt laundered on a hanger? I found the service as decent but no better than others. From a a Value Stanton point I give them a 2 star

I cannot recommend this place, unfortunately. I went twice — the first time, I had so many clothes that the owner left a message indicating that he would provide a significant discount for a cash payment. Unfortunately, when I arrived with the cash, he reduced the discount. I went back with a voucher, hoping that things would be better, but this time there were hairs all over my clothes, almost as if someone had worn them. Based on all of this, it just feels a little shady. Even if they listed prices for various types of cleaning, I would feel better. I will be finding another dry cleaners, unfortunately.

Having just moved to the area I needed to find a new dry cleaner. I have used Hercules several times so far, a few times pick up in the store and once had the order delivered. Both services were done in a timely manner. Chris the owner is so friendly and is great at remembering his customers names. Nice personal service.
The clothes come back nicely pressed and all stains removed. Can’t say enough how happy I am to have found a great dry cleaner who gets it right the first time.

Hercules was one of the best dry cleaner shops I used, after using several ones in Boston that I felt was a pretty common service. Usually I have zero expectations about deadlines and the quality of service for these types of shops, but Hercules stood out among the services I used this year.
I checked in over the weekend, and had about ten products each. It was expected that any dry cleaning place would take around 5 – 7 days to clean. Unfortunately, I forgot I had plans and needed my winter jackets right away. I called them up and they were able to rush my stuff (within less than 5 days), before I was off on a vacation trip! (lifesaver).
Thank you for the understanding and the exceptional service, particularly for the owner. He’s quite a character and has demonstrated the willingness to serve customers beyond their expectations. He remained calm and patient to a naggy customer (sorry).

When Hercules changed owners I was skeptical but Chris has been more than helpful and professional and friendly. Their work is always perfect and they pride themselves on doing the best for you. They have often re-​done a shirt for me because the result did not please them, and my clothes are delivered on time, always. What more could you want?

Hercules Dry Cleaners is the best or one of the best in the business. They sure know how to treat the customer, they encourage loyalty and the even make you special deals from time to time. In my opinion, the best attribute that they have is punctuality. Even when they tell you that your order will be ready at a certain time they usually have it ready almost the day before. Apart from that, they have saved my clothes many many times. A+++! Totally recommended

Recently started using Hercules and have been very pleased with the service. My sweaters come out looking SO much better than when they went in! Love the option to pay in cash and get a discount, too.
Everything ready on time (if not early)– just wish I knew when it was ready.
Overall, highly recommend and it is located in such a convenient place I know I will keep using them!

DO NOT BRING ANYTHING TO THIS PLACE!!! My wife and I dropped off linen slip covers for our $ 2000 coach that were dry-​clean only. Upon trying to put the covers back on, we realized that they had shrunk substantially and had been torn in multiple places. On top of that one cushion cover had an enormous stain on it. This place is a joke. I would never trust them with another thing, and if it were up to me they would be shut down on the spot! I gave it one star because I needed to for Unilocal.I would give it no stars.
