Maryam Shomali

I had a root canal on a back tooth (molar) with Dr. Maryam Shomali on Tues.2/9/16. This is my 2^nd root canal I have had done by her. I have a dental background therefore I know what a root canal involves from beginning to end. I was expecting to have to come back several times as my tooth had multiple roots on the tooth to be worked on. Most people have less complicated root canals. I was pleasantly surprised to have the root canal finished in one appointment. The one thing that stands out with my experience working with Dr. Shomali is her expertise as an endodontist and her complete focus on the tooth she is working on and the patient (me) always asking if I am doing okay. She explains each step of the way what she is doing answering all and any questions I had. I was so relaxed as she worked on me because I knew she was a complete expert in Root Canal Therapy. Dr. Shomali worked tirelessly on my tooth and I could see how much of a perfectionist she is in her work. She would not stop performing the root canal on my tooth until she was 100% certain the root canal was done to her excellent and high standards. If you have been advised you need a root canal do not put it off. The longer it is left untreated the worse chance of a widespread infection which can affect not just your tooth or teeth but your whole body. If you wait you also risk tooth loss, loss of health, and your smile. I had absolutely no pain during or after the procedure. The price is very reasonable. I have researched other endodontic offices in the area.

Dr. Shomali took the time to explain everything, answer questions and followed up with me post the procedure. In this day and age where healthcare is all about the money Dr. Shomali believes in the personal touch! How refreshing! The best part, no pain during or after the procedure. Great experience for something no one wants to do.

Recently went to Dr. Shomali for two root canals. Treatment was technically excellent and compassionate Entire staff was patient centered. Root canal therapy was painless and resulted in good outcomes.
