Worst day ever at Big Dog Ranch Rescue, found a pup that we fell in love with as soon as we came in the door, waited our turn for people ahead of us to see Sparkle. As we were outside playing with her we told the guy showing us her we wanted her. Then Carl the guy showing her to us said someone who was there earlier had just come back to look at again… broke our heart! The proper thing should have been wait to see what we were going to do, no deposit left by other people or hold on pup, asked 3 workers and were told they didn’t take deposits or hold dogs and they were still showing her We wanted her terribly. Than to find out Carl was a manager there… how unprofessional. Cried all the way home… this is the fist pup we wanted since Chesnie passed away! I posted on their Face Book page and they defeated my post, which is the same as this… why ask on your Facebook Page for visitors comments if you are not going to show them…

Wow! I was very impressed with this animal rescue program. I’d heard about them and decided to visit today for the first time. Very big and open space. Animals are very happy and well taken care of. From the second we walked in, the staff was very attentive and helpful. An adoption specialist walked us around and showed us all the dogs they had that fit our wants description. We found our new best friend and were on our way home within hours. We are extremely glad we stopped by today and are very thankful for all of their help and assistance. If you’re looking to adopt, BIG DOG RANCH RESCUE is definitely the place to go!!!

We have tried twice now with dogs we have rescued and they have either refused to take them or tell us you have to complete paperwork and then they will have their board review it and who knows how long that takes? Very disappointing…

Over two hundred rescued pups on 15 acres in the heart of Royal Palm Beach. So many amazing volunteers that really love the animals. Open 10 — 5 for visitors and future rescuers!

Incredible rescue! We had a great experience here. The staff is very helpful and I couldn’t believe how well they take care of every single animal. This Rescue sets the pet and owner up for success. So happy to have brought home our new best friend.
