Not much information to give since they didn’t show up. We were in need of a service call and called Brian on Monday morning. He called back around lunch time and made arrangements for one of his guys to come between 8:00 — 10:00 Wednesday. No show. Attempted to call Brian, voice mail and not responded. Attempted to email Brian, no reply. Took off from work today for this appointment and I can’t even get the professionalism of a call back. Plenty of pool company’s in the area, I recommend a company that shows up.
