I have to agree with Emily’s experience. I walked in late at night trying to learn more about my new samsung galaxy note. The person did have enough time to explain it to me but really didn’t take the time. He and for me I would have to make an appointment and come back on Sunday is to take the class from my cell phone. I may enroll in the class but I’m hesitant about enrolling at this location. I know that if I wanted to buy something he would have been on me quickly. I give them a poor for service.

Do not shop here. This is a broker store and they are out to make money, not provide service. What a horrible experience. Not only did it take over four hours to get new service but I was sold products I didn’t even need. Worse I was locked into a two year contract on a «jet pack». Know that your smart phone and iPad act as personal hot spots so there’s no need to buy a version jet pack. This was not disclosed to me. I went back three times and even talked to the store manager with no resolve. After visiting two other stores I called customer service and they were able to help.
