I just called to see if they had a replacement bulb for my OttLight. They had it for $ 34.99.
I did some research and found another supplier that had the same bulb for $ 12.99 and even with shipping of $ 8.50 I still saved $ 14.00. They are crazy expensive.
Other times I have gone in the store and they never have what I want. Also, staff does not seem to care.
Craft stores should be fun places. This one is not. Will not even consider them anymore.

I came to take advantage of the sale, I had to just turn and walk right out again. I found what I was looking for right away but when I took my bolt of fabric to the cutting counter they were totally inefficient and extremely rude. There was only one clerk working the counter the other employee of was re-​stocking instead of handling the customers that were there waiting to be served. The customers in line were requesting more help and the employee just ignored them as if they were invisible. It’s a shame because it is a very nice store.
