Imagine this: You pull up to the used car lot, and the salesman doesn’t come out to help you. «Great!» you think, «I don’t want to deal with some Jerk salesmen anyway.» It seems like an alright place, until you walk into their office to actually deal with the jerk salesman. Beneath the shattered glass on top of their desk is a printed out e-mail from 5 years ago giving the company praise. Right next to the outdated praise, it is a stained print out that says«The car you intend to buy tomorrow might be the same car someone intends to buy today. Buy it now!!» These salesmen are the type you see in movies: they’d rip off their own grandmother if they could make money off them. I really should have seen these red flags before I bought a car at Autoland. I am mechanically illiterate, and they prey on people like me. Two weeks after buying a used car it began to be unsafe to drive because it stalls all the time. I’m getting the hang of mouthing the words«I’m sorry» to the people behind my stalled car. People probably think I’m from Canada. I“m not; I just bought a shit car from Autoland. And I’m truly sorry for my mistake. Autoland told me to bring it to them to fix it, which was 150 miles away, and my car is too dangerous to drive. He says he can’t do anything for me, and«What do you expect, you bought a used car.» — a direct quote from their salesmen. My advice is to march right past Autoland to a different Subaru dealership. I wish I had given my $ 7,000 to a different dealership. Autoland sells bad cars. I am a damn fool for buying a car from them.
