Excellent classic lobster rolls full of tail and claw meat and pretty outdoor seating. I went at the suggestion of a friend who lives locally and am so glad I did!

This review is for the Lobster roll only. Damn good and the best I had in this area on a recent trip. Grilled bun, perfect amount of lobster and binding. Bonus is that you can grab a six pack or bottle of wine from limited selection in fridge and sit out at the picnic tables and enjoy. Fries were not the best but who cares, it’s all about the lobster roll for me. My lobster roll picks in local are were: 1. Cap’n Hooks 2. The Ramp 3. Hurricanes 4. Nunan’s/Mabel’s(Tie) Can’t wait to continue the quest!

Not thrilled. Although my wife liked her fried scallops, my fried clams were sparse and way over cooked. Also, when you order a «plate» and get a small basket, you understandly feel jipped. We vacation here every year and this was our first try at this restaurant. It will also be our last.

Casual New England dining at its best. The service is fast and friendly. Dropped in on a Sunday with the family for some lobster rolls and beer after the dog park. Excellent clam chowder and one of the best New England lobster rolls in the area(loads of buttered claw and tail meat on a toasted New England Frank roll). The fries are a bit bland, but nothing a little salt can’t fix. Prices are very reasonable.

Not bad at all! Friendly and enthusiastic service greeted us as soon as we walked in — we ordered easily and had our food at the window in maybe 15 minutes. The outdoor seating is ample, although the Mosquitoes were as well. My shrimp roll was quite good and my husband enjoyed his lobster roll. The fries were crispy. The onion rings were the only thing that fell short — they were so unappealingly greasy they were inedible. Grease puddling in the bottom of the paper boat they were served in kinda greasy. Yuck. All in all, a fine meal for an afternoon in Maine — and I would go back for sure. I do prefer the Chowder House in Cape Porpoise though.

Very slow service and expensive. Lobster rolls were okay, the fried shrimp and fish and chips were garbage. Stay away!

Cheap lobster’s and steamers, get em steamed, eat there or take them home! Delicious fresh lobster and clams! Prices are very fair and ready in ten to fifteen minutes! Yum, come here multiple times every year when I’m in Maine!

Second year in a row that I’ve been to this place and I like it. I thought there was some good big chunks of lobster in the roll and not too much mayo. The fries were really crispy and tasty. I’ve also had the clam steamers and I was very happy with that as well… Nice big portion.

Horrible lobster roll for Maine. Too much mayo and small portion Decent cocktail shrimp for the price. Definitely get the clam bake special and skip the lobster rolls
