This brewery is an old restaurant converted into a brewery and beer hall. The décor is nothing special, as it doesn’t seem they’ve done much with the conversion. The beer server was friendly enough, but kept to herself and only approached us when I requested her. I ordered a beer flight so that I could try all of the various beers they had on tap. I enjoyed the Pale Ale, as it was a little lighter tasting and not top hoppy. The Cast-off Session had a hint of a lemon flavor and was a smooth beer. A bonus is they provide free popcorn while you are tasting! I was interested in buying some of the beer to bring home with me, but they didn’t have any bottles. It seems they are still getting on their feet, as I think they are fairly new.

Checked out this brewery yesterday we just wanted a good BEER! The bartender was very nice gave us the beer menu and let us have a little taste to see if we would like the beer before we bought a bigger glass. My boyfriend tried the Patroon IPA and the Brett IPA he said they were both very good! I had Stave Bourbon Pecan which is 9.5% alch is was VERYGOOD! I love dark strong beers so it hit the spot!

This place has great beer. The location is a restaurant they took over. So décor is meh. But it’s about the beer right ! Rich the beer pourer was very nice. They have a roaster from the old restaurant they use to roast items for their unique brews. Lots of parking.

Fun little brewery to visit. Comfy seats at the bar and a fun brewer to chat with, as we usually find! They do a lot of small batch brewing but, their 2 IPAs are standbys. Loved their Patroon IPA, very hoppy and lots of robust flavor. They also have a Castoff Session IPA that’s lower in alcohol, less hoppy and more citrusy. Their Stave Bourbon Pecan was super interesting & at 9.5% ABV packed quite a punch and bourbon barrel flavor. The fun conversation was about their soon to be released 2nd batch of Jalapeño Apricot Ale. The jalapeños are blackened and put into the tank in a cheesecloth bag so the end result isn’t absurdly over the top hot but has interesting spice tempered by the apricot. We had a full discussion about cooking pork or grilling beef using this beer as as marinade or even adding some beer to a pot of chili. Sounded great to me!!!
