Camp Mana Pine Resort

My girlfriends and I have come here for 5 years now. It is a great place to step back in time and have a relaxing time. We always rent the pontoon boat and tour «Eagle Island’» and love to trolley ride down to the river. Jeff and Mason have been very sweet to us each year. We love our“Wellston Welfare Weekend!”

Family spent a weekend here last year and loved it — Kids keep talking about the great time they had — We enjoyed some of the most beautifully starry nights ever…

Fishing here is the primary attraction, Tippy dam (Manistee river) is just around the corner or you can fish on the secluded lake just down the hill– nature at it’s best — If you’re looking for a place to fish and experience nature — you found it … !

We have used this location every year for the past 5 years for about 4 to 5 days of (leave the kids at home) salmon fly fishing in October. I have stayed at many different cabins but like this one best due to location (Tippy damn, Bear Creek, Sawdust… etc) and price. The owner is very friendly. They will deliver firewood to your cabin for a price. The T.V. gets one channel and the shower is tiny but we are there for fishing and spend very little time in the cabins. The bedding and cabins are clean. Some cabins are older than others, some have screened in porches and all have a kitchen that works well for smaller meals! You can also have pets at some of the cabins, we stay in a newer cabin and they are not allowed there. These are your basic fish and hunt cabins. I can not comment on summer activity here because we use this spot only for the fall but the business website shows pictures from summer.
