What has 4 thumbs and Loves, loves loves this place??? This couple, that’s who! The staff do an awesome job. The food is awesome. It’s clean. Parking is kinda limited at times but it’s worth it if you have to walk a block.

I requested an egg white omelette and got what was clearly a regular egg omelette. The waitress seemed confused when I requested gluten free. Later when I asked if they in fact had egg whites the waitress seemed to take it personal saying she had made my eggs herself from egg beaters. The eggs were also thick with cheese. I was happy to know they open early for breakfast but now Im afraid to return and I might have offended the waitress trying to make sure I got what I ordered.

Ate dinner here on a Monday night with a few friends. First thing I would say is that it can get extremely loud. The acoustics must not be very good. Sitting in the bar area was actually better and quieter. The appetizers we got were both good, chicken wings and cheese sticks. I can’t say the same for my entrée, which was chicken fajitas. The peppers and onions were grilled nicely, but the chicken itself was extremely dry. Add to that the fact they didn’t include any cheese, salsa, guac, sour cream, or anything else, and it actually made them difficult to eat. Lesson learned. Don’t order Mexican food at a Burger joint. At least not this one!

They quickly accommodate our large group of 20 people at 11pm at night. We were very happy with the service. Food came out a tad slow but we had a large group so that was expected but well worth the wait. I had the prime rib French dip, a taste of kobe burger as well as the coconut shrimp. Everything was so yummy. It must have been happy hour cause our drinks were just 0.99c… yes. .99c. I had to make a review just in case I ever make it back to Wenatchee so I can try other items on their extensive menu.

This is for the Wenatchee restaurant. I’m giving it 2 stars only because our server was good(except for when she asked if we needed anything and walked away before you could even say anything). The mozzarella sticks had no flavor at all… the salad we ordered was advertised to have sliced cucumber and tomatoes. It had two slices… also they drowned it in so much dressing that you couldn’t taste anything else. We finally got our pizza… we ordered the Hawaiian pizza which is supposed to have ham, bacon and pineapple… but there was no bacon on it. There was nothing to hold the toppings onto the pizza so they just slide off when you tried to get a piece. Overall it lacked flavor and was lower quality than dennys… but charged about double the price. This is the only and last time I set foot in here. Very disappointed

This is for the Wenatchee Bob’s. I went there with my wife on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and they were not very busy. It started out fine. We placed our orders and while we waited our soft drinks were kept full So you have to ask yourself if you like little things with your meal like say the food being hot? Because if you do this may not be the place for you. I had the Viking Burger and if it had been well executed it would have been good. This was not the case. It started out with the room temp Onion Ring garnish. Since this is the first thing you are going to eat on this burger, perhaps it should not be tepid. Ok next was the pretzel bun that was cold, not room temp not lukewarm but cold to the touch. So if this is your thing you will love it here. Oh on the inside were some onion strings that tasted like they were prepped at opening and sitting in the bowl till served to me. The fries were also just room warm, this was also the case with my wife’s fries however her fish was hot. So I rarely send food back but this time I could not deal with it. So this time I did asking that it be remade. It was back on the table in less then 2 mins with the bun slightly warmer. At this point, it was clear that they just did not care and I gave up. What was meant to be a nice lunch with my wife was kind of spoiled by a bad meal.

No stars. Chicken fried steak, gravy, and hashbrowns all tasted liked old bacon grease. The meat was leathery at best and void of all seasoning. The single worst meal I’ve had, ever.

Poorly ran. Poorly operated. Crap menu of standard fare that’s overpriced. Managers can’t make decisions. Kids menu worse than McDonald’s. Ask the«manager» for buttered noodles for an allergic kid. He said. Oh we «can’t» do that. We can get you a chicken fettuccine and leave the chicken and sauce off. But have to charge you full adult price. Really? Is this a restaurant? And really is this a guy they trained to make customer service decisions. Wish they had a negative star rating

I get to travel and eat out a lot for work. I don’t think I have ever left a place being disappointed. I got«The Viking». The hamburger was maybe 2.5 — 3 inches thick. Unfortunately, the patty was only a quarter inch thick. It was all just to dry for me. The fries were just nothing special either. The beer I got was great though. It seemed to take the waitress a long time to come back to our table when we were done eating but overall service was good. Two things. Glass ketchup bottles suck. Tell the line cooks that people can see into the kitchen so don’t openly pick your nose. At least I had already eaten before being grossed out.

Great find… wanted to find breakfast and NFL games on a Sunday morning on our way home from lake Chelan. Have a picky friend who loves His bacon very crispy and has to always ask for it burnt and sometimes it still comes«limp». Bob’s was perfect. The blueberry pancakes had a generous amount of large, yummy blueberries. My only complaint would be the corned beef in the corned beef hash. The reason for ordering corned beef hash is the corned beef. The flavor was really good but the corned beef was diced way too small. The diced onions were the same size. I would have loved to have mouth watering bites of the corned beef. Oh, the Bloody Maria’s were wonderful. We will definitely visit on our trips across the mountains…

Mediocre food, and slow service. I ordered a salad and was underwhelmed with the quality and freshness of the food. My olives were shriveled, and they were stingy with greens. Wait staff were pleasant. Would not recommend if you are in a hurry for lunch, or want exceptional food.

Bobs famous burgers right! Lmfao… Got here a 6:40pm Still waiting for our food. It’s 8:10pm Wth? Tables around us that arrived after us have already been served and left. We ordered hamburgers and rib specials. This place is not what it used to be. Really too bad. I can’t tell you about the food since I haven’t gotten it yet.

Great friendly service from all staff. Coffee was always full, the kiddo had a coloring book, and the charm was palpable. They were busy, and my eggs Benedict came out pretty cold, but they had a new one fired up without hesitation. My replacement was quick, and hot. Blueberry pancakes were tasty, breakfast sausage wasn’t factory formed, and biscuits/muffins were nice and fluffy.

This place was the closest to our hotel so we gave it a try. Seat yourself and quick acknowledgment was nice. Semi-busy Thursday night at 5pm. I asked if the fish and chips were good and should have known when her response was«It’s cod». ?? That wasn’t the answer to my question but I figured if I was specific enough to ask if it was good she would have clued me in to order something else. 3 pieces for $ 15 w/fries. I got thru 1& ½ pieces and realized I had more greasy breading on the plate than fish left. Bad sign. The fries were pale and limp :( My hubby had the mushroom burger and it was delicious. Lots of mushrooms and Cheezy. He graciously split it with me and the waitress credited our bill for the inedible fish. Some people might like the beer batter greasy fish but I looooove fish. Not greasy bread and fish. The beer and cocktail were great. Had 1 check– in from the waitress and had to pay the bill with another waiter so all in all, 2 – 3 stars. Won’t be back for the rest of our stay in town.

Love this place good food and great atmosphere. We had my picky little brother in town with who is 10 and would have been happy eating chicken nuggets and French fries from McDonalds(Yuck!) Luckily we they had something that he found appatizing. Unfortunately I can’t remember what as this was over a year and a half ago. But all the adults rejoiced in the fact that we could actually have a real meal. I had the French dip and fries which was delicious and satisfying. All the adults and the picky eating child were very happy and we returned many times. Lately I haven’t ventured out to Wenatchee much since I live in cashmere and work in Leavenworth, but next time I’m in Wenatchee looking for good food I will definetly be making a stop there.

Stopped in here on a Wednesday evening. Every night of the week is a different happy our special, and tonight was taco night. From the look of the patrons with food on their plates, taco night is very popular as ¾ of the people were having the tacos. Sat down and service was quick. Our waitress was cheerful and recommened some local craft beers as well as the happy hour drinks. I wasn’t in the mood for tacos, but decided to order them anyway. And an order of jalapeño poppers. Both items were on the happy hour menu which ends at 630pm. Our tables food arrives and the guy who ordered the teriyaki steak skewers got the winning dish of the night. Steak was tender and had excellent flavor. The teriyaki sauce was just right. My four tacos filled the plate. These were not street taco size. The ground beef had decent flavor, but it was loaded with fresh chopped lettuce and fresh tomato and cheese. The taco sauce was not good though. I couldn’t stomach it. Just not good flavor. The jalapeño poppers were simply prepackages frozen poppers that are heated up. I wasn’t expecting much, and that’s what I got. Bob’s Classic get a good review because of the atmosphere, staff and steak skewers. I would definitely come back to sit and watch a game on any of the multiple flat screens and enjoy the happy hour prices.

Good food, hit or miss service. Had lunch on Tuesday and it was great. The server was fun and helpful. Had the Prime Rib wrap. They’re a little stingy with the fries, but that’s okay. The wrap was really good. Then today, Thursday we came back for lunch and or server was not good. She had an attitude from moment one. She rushed us through our order and then was mad at us when she messed up almost everybody’s order. Had the Viking burger and it was quite good. They also charge for sauces, like tarter or ranch.

This was our second time eating at Bob’s, the first time was at lunchtime and this evening we went in for dinner. I was hoping our experience at lunch time was a fluke and dinner would be great. But, alas, it was more of the same. Started off with trying to find a parking place. There are only about ten spaces around the building so the parking lot fills up long before the restaurant. Entering, we seated ourselves and waited for the server. There were plenty of servers but they were mostly chatting among themselves or with an off duty male employee that came in wearing a tank top and wandered all around the place, including the kitchen area. Very, very unprofessional. A server finally noticed us and asked if we had been served yet. Ordered drinks and then another server took our food order. I ordered a burger dip with BBQ sauce and a house salad. My wife ordered a wild raspberry salad with fresh grilled chicken. While waiting for food I asked for a refill on my soda. The server took the glass away and didn’t bring it back! Next time she came by I asked if she forgot about my drink. She had taken the glass in the back, emptied it, and put it in the dirty dishes area! She promptly got me another soda. My house salad was all iceberg lettuce, some tomatoes and cucumbers plus a few croutons. Not a five dollar salad by a long shot. My burger dip was okay, the meat had been fried frozen and so even though the burger was cooked properly it had a mushy consistently. The meat was as soft as the bun and the overall effect was like eating a BBQ flavored marshmallow. My wife’s «wild raspberry salad with fresh grilled chicken» had all the right ingredients but in the wrong amounts. Plenty of romaine lettuce but very little chicken. Copious amounts of cranberries overwhelmed the salad and with very little meat to offset it the flavor was overwhelming. Poorly executed and not worth the eleven bucks they charged for it. The chicken was clearly not grilled, perhaps fried from frozen, instead, and definitely not fresh! It was so dry it broke apart when she stuck her fork in it. Lastly, it seemed like an off Broadway review of Hair in the restaurant. Several of the female servers had long hair, worn loose, and I watched them play and fluff their hair in the kitchen and dining area. When handling food and working around food preparation areas hair should be pulled back and secured. In conclusion, it seemed as if there was no manager present to supervise and everybody was kind of doing there own thing. It appeared very haphazard, extremely unprofessional, and the end result was a meal that was mediocre at best, and service that would rate very poor.
