Chelan County

I was looking for the Chelan County Sheriff’s office so I could update my concealed weapons permit. Finally tracked it down in the basement. Lol Anyway, the clerk was friendly and helpful. Got what I needed and got out. Lol Not the kind of place that you want to hang around at. Lol But I really appreciate the help they provided and I accomplished my task with a minimum of fuss.
On my way out I passed the County Auditors office and took care of some business there, too. Got my handicap permit renewed quickly and easily. No lines and very helpful folks in that office.
As part of the renewal process I had to bring in my old permit. This left my truck sitting in a handicap spot, right in front of the Sheriff’s office, without a permit. Anyone see a flaw in this plan? Lol
But it was handled quickly and I escaped with my life, sanity, and without a ticket. Okay, maybe just my life and no ticket, but now I’m splitting hairs, so to speak.
