This hotel was just fine! We were working on a rental house and needed a place to stay with our small dog. Room for a Saturday night was 69. plus 10. for the dog. Easy check-in noticed they supplied free Wi-Fi which I didn’t use cause too exhausted. Room was sanitary and clean, heat worked just fine, TV worked fine, bathroom was clean and sanitary, small microwave and fridge in the room. The manager /attendant used a minimum of words but was succinct and polite. The breakfast consisted of coffee, milk, orange juice, dry cereal, bagels with cream cheese, muffins, pastries and waffles. I will definitely check in again instead of La Quinta or Red Lion because it fits the bill, it’s easy, love the price and location.

I did not stay here due to the fact that, when I tried calling for Information about if the motel, if it was pet friendly and if there was a fee, was greeted by the rudest hotel clerk I have ever expirenced. He didn’t understand me, even when slowly repeating myself twice, he asks me, «what do you want to know?» In a very ignorant tone… my wife and I travel light and cheap, but we will take our business elsewhere. This would get 0 stars if there was an option.

More like a motel and not worth the $ 78 for two queens. Old and worn down lodge. Wifi and air conditioner/heater worked well. Wish u would have stayed elsewhere.

Why 3 stars? Because it gets the job done. — — — I always say that I really don’t care about finding a nice hotel when traveling. I need a bug-less bed and a place that at least appears to be relatively clean. The Econolodge is that. But with $ 100/night rates comes the bare minimum, and not much more. The beds are clean! But the pillows are super flat and cheap. The shower functions but is small and awkward. The shower head doesn’t move, and it happens to be pointed directly at the back wall. So in order to cleanse yourself, you get to have a wrestling match with the tile. There is also a 3 inch ledge to put your soap/shampoo/washcloth on, which lends to a fun game of Jenga while showering. Our key cards worked intermittently throughout our stay. When we walked to the office to present this issue to the guy at the front desk, he acted as if he’d just seen the ghost of satan. He had no idea how to respond. He just sort of starred wide-eyed out the window and mumbled things. It felt like an episode of Key & Peele more than real life. When we asked the cleaning lady to refresh our towel supply, there was absolutely no English on the other end of the conversation. Definitely a missed opportunity to use Google translate. The TV turned on automatically every morning at 9am. That was amusing. The room was generally clean, except for the window sill bathroom, which was pretty gross. At the end of the weekend, a cheap bed was provided, and I suppose that’s all we needed. If you’re a low maintenance traveler, I’d recommend the Econolodge. If you require the finer things in life, I don’t blame you for checking out alternatives.

Cheap, clean and available. Cable, wifi, microwave, mini fridge :) Very sweet front desk lady. Quiet night.

It’s what you expect, not the most luxurious accommodations… but for the price you can’t beat it. Clean and affordable, it’s close to downtown and everything is within walking distance. The front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating, looks like they have a decent breakfast spread with a waffle bar, cereal, donuts, and of course coffee. Although I didn’t try it, it was inviting. I have no complaints, since I use motels frequently for work, id have to say this is about a average as you get!

I paid about $ 70 for a night here for three people(AAA rate) during an Oktoberfest weekend. The nearby town of Leavenworth was celebrating Oktoberfest which could have brought the price up. That is a decent value, but normally I would expect to pay $ 50 or $ 60 max for this type of room. I think Wenatchee can justify higher rates because it has a very central location in Washington. It’s a perfect logical stopping point for travelers. The motel delivered on expectations, basically a convenient place to crash. Very thin windows, so I overheard a lot of people walking by in the night. The air conditioner(which I couldn’t find at first) had one setting: freezing. I kept having to get up and adjust it. There is basic cable which seemed to work okay. The bathroom and room were clean, which is better than many motels can offer. The Continental breakfast was minimal to say the least. Just some bagels, a few muffins, and some cereal. The only real complaint(besides my Dad’s snoring) was that the bed seemed to cave in the middle. So Laina and I kept sinking in toward each other. That’s it. Fine place to stay.
