Enterprise Rent-A-Car

When I have had the opportunity to utilize Enterprise that is my choice. What make enterprise stand out is their dedication to their customers. It all started in 1990 when our car was in the shop and it was our anniversary. The shop recommended Enterprise so I called them. They showed up at the shop not in the mid size I had ordered, but in a top of the line Cadillac. I was concerned, but immediately put at ease. The representative said it was a special day and I should have a special car. They have been my primary rental car «go to» for 26 years without one disappointment. When they say they are going to call me back, they do. I would like to say they take care of all issues expeditiously and without fail, BUT, in 26 years there have never, not once, been any issues with Enterprise. (I can not say the same for their competition when I have been forced to use them.) The vehicles whether it be an upscale luxury, pickup, compact have always exceeded my expectations. Knowing the quality of their vehicles and the above and beyond service of their representatives I now also go to them for my replacement cars. So far I have purchased two vehicles through enterprise and they have been phenomenal.

Rented through these guys several times. On time, great rates, clean cars, friendly service… Lousy golfers.

I started my relationship with the Wenatchee branch renting a lot for work travel. That developed into wanting to deal with them for personal rentals as well.
I have rented a lot for both reasons. I am treated like royalty when I walk through their doors. Going from traveling around the country to dealing with just one location now, there is a reason I continue to deal with Enterprise. I am always astounded at the high level of customer service provided. The staff itself is just amazing. They leave very little else to be desired.
I have always been picked up and dropped off on time, with no problems. I have sometimes made very specific requests and have NEVER been disappointed by the Wenatchee branch coming through with sometimes unusual or last minute changes or requests.
They are always happy to help and go above and beyond my wildest expectations. I am glad that true customer service survives somewhere in the valley.

We had a reservation for 10AM pickup in the Wenatchee, WA store, but I called at 7:45 to see if we could pick up the car earlier because I had a meeting at 9:15. They guy who answered was a manager trainee and he said yes, no problem. He said wait for him in the front and he would pick me up at the hotel in one hour. By 8:50 I called back to see where he was and was told by the actual manager that the other guy didn’t schedule the pickup like he promised and that he would send another driver right away. I waited for another 25 minutes and by 9:30 I gave up and took a cab to the office. By now I had already missed my meeting. When I arrived at the office the car was not there. The manager told me it was in the shop getting an oil change. Meanwhile, the manager was busy vacuuming out and cleaning another car for another customer who had to wait as well. My car arrived about 10:15. it was dirty and had only ¼ tank of gas. I could not wait any longer so I drove off. I returned it with a half-​tank, so they made money on me from the extra gas I had to put in. This location is mismanaged. I’ve had good luck with Enterprise in the past, but this time the manager does not know how to manage the operation or the employees very well. At one point he said «yeah, I don’t know why the pickup drivers are always gone for so long when I send them out to pick up customers. Hello? That is the manager’s job to find out and correct the problem. That’s how I know this store is mismanaged. They manager gave me 10% off for the trouble, but the money was not the issue. In any case, they made it back by gaining an extra ¼ tank of gas that they got to keep for giving me a car with an empty tank. I don’t think I’ll be back to this place again.

This was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced with Enterprise. Not only did they not have a car ready… they were rude and not accommodating. When they did get a car in, it was not washed or ready to go and smelt like cigarette smoke. When I arrived to pick it up 5 hours after it was supposed to be ready, the employees were standing around rather than helping guests. It was terrible and I would not recommend this Enterprise to ANYONE!

I have had great experiences with Enterprise. I have rented vehicles using both online and phone reservations. The in person customer service has been fantastic. It is difficult to reach them by phone, but if they are busy, they will take your number and call you back. I have always received the price that I was quoted. When the reservation is complete, I get an email with all of the items charged to my card. I will definitely rent from them again.

Great, Friendly Service from Pick-​up to Drop-​off. Probably the BEST small Enterprise office I have had the pleasure of doing business with in my travels.
The only reason they didn’t get a Five Star rating is the limited selection of larger 4-​Wheel Drive/​All-​Wheel Drive vehicles. This is the foothills of the cascades and weather can be a factor some times, and that is my only regret.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Enterprise as a corporation is terrible to deal with. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. I was told something different by every single person I talked to. We had family stranded in Phoenix who needed to get to Wenatchee. We don’t have credit cards as we prefer to use our money responsibly. Couldn’t rent a car at the airport without a credit card. Was told I could go to the local (Wenatchee) office and pay with a credit card there, and pick up the car in Phoenix. Called the Wenatchee office several times during open hours and no one would answer the phone. Left an «Emergency» message. Several hours later still haven’t heard back. Finally drove there. Was told I couldn’t do what I had been told. We can rent at a non-​airport site with a debit card, but would have to pay over $ 350 in additional mileage charge, plus over $ 400 in ‘drop charges’. This is all in addition to the actual rental charge and fees. We offered to pay cash and they still won’t accept it. Get your act together, Enterprise. This wouldn’t be so frustrating if I wasn’t told one thing, only to have that story change when I speak to someone else.

Their rates change depending on whom you talk to… One day they offer one-​way rentals, the other they don’t… Disappointing and not Enterprise-​Like… The only thing going for them is that they practically are the only game in town…
