Nail Spa

Owner has a salon in Quincy. My daughter and her friend were there for 5 ½ hours to get a full set. Workers kept leaving them and working on others, the man even left and cooked lunch and ate while my daughter sat there with tips on. When I questioned why they were there for so long he yelled at me and called the owner in Wenatchee. She preceded to tell me that the girls asked for a manicure then changed their mind. The girls said we asked to get our nails done and they put us in bowls of water to soak and when we questioned them the man got irritated. While talking with the owner Karen on the phone she called my daughter and her friend liars. Horrible business owner, and employees follow with the same customer service. Girls went in their with $ 80 to get a full set, they didn’t want a manicure. Worst customer service and I’ve never been treated so awful ever. Took advantage of two young girls.

This is a training salon, where the work is performed exclusively by students. You need to come here with that in mind, plenty of time for your service and a bucketload of patience. The price is fair and is what should expected for student work in Wenatchee. Regular pedi is $ 15 and mani is $ 10. There was only one student working the day of my services and she was honest about the wait time of 30 minutes. An honest wait time is not often provided at other locations. When I have a little extra time for services, I’ll be back.

well I Couldn’t I believe all the good reviews Because mine was horrible the lady that did my nail was rude and did a OK job on my nails but I’ve had better. There wasn’t any thing relaxing about the whole thing .they rushed though both my nails and feet I Felt like there in it for the money to see how many they can do in a day and that they don’t care about there clients. What ever she did to my feet was not good it was a rough pad and it cracked my heels really bad when you leave from a place that just did your nails and feet they should be soft and you should feel like you were pampered I didn’t feel that at all and that’s why you go to be pampered my feet were not like that when I went there. Also I didn’t like there return policy if you have any issues you need to bring it to them there what if your nail lifts up or some thing else goes wrong you will have to pay to have it fixed that’s not right On top of all this I Was getting married I would of said some thing but had no time .I under stand it was students but in most cases at schools they check the work and no one checked her work it makes you kinda wonder. So for me enter at your own risk not all experiences are the
in saying that I WON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE AND I SURE WONT BE BACK.

This place is AWESOME! They are CLEAN and NICE! They have great customer service and reasonable prices! This is by far the BEST nail salon in Wenatchee! Its such a cute and inviting atmosphere. The employees are SO nice and they are SO fun! I LOVE going to Nail Spa!
